"My furnace was blowing hot and cold air. First trip to the house was to diagnose the problem. New part (Flame sensor) was necessary. Second trip to the house for repair could not happen because technician brought part that was incompatible. Third trip to the house replaced the part, but system was still blowing hot and cold air. Fourth trip to the house was cleaning rust accumulation in tubing/pipes, which apparently solved the problem. Too many trips to the house. I can not help but wonder whether a bad flame sensor was the actual cause of the problem not, since replacing it alone did not solve the problem."

I pride myself on my professionalism, as well as my ability to complete each project to the customer's total satisfaction. As a Master Electrician, I practice the National Electric Code, job safety and never leave a project unfinished, or a customer not 100% satisfied with my level of service.
"I have asked for an itemized receipt for the 70 minutes the electrician was here. I have texted 4 times this past week with no forth coming receipt. It cost me $675 for screwing in 5 outlets that were extended from my new backsplash (I had to rescrew 2 because they were crooked) and remove a ceiling light and replace it with a ceiling fan/light unit. No new electrical box was needed and he stated it was easy to install. No additional wiring or parts were needed. I had to clean up around the new fan because no drop cloth was used in the instillation and take the trash/boxes to the dump myself. Very, very expensive and not meticulous in his work."
