I hired Premier Generator to install a new generator They were very responsive to my calls and gave a very fair snd reasonable quote. I had to wait for their availability, but was well worth the wait. The crew is terrific. All of them are polite and respected my property. Anthony and Sterling was part of the ferric team. Would recommend Premier Generator to anyone thinking about installing a generator.

They handled everything, including coordinating with the gas company, permitting.

This is Topnotch company! Every person that I encountered was amazingly helpful and attentive to my needs and questions. The first employee I met was Brandon, who provided me with a professional approach to the generator proposal and a folder of their work done properly and pics of generators the were not installed properly. Jeannie in the office was patient and curious, delivering information that I asked her to pass on. The responses to my questions were quick and answered thoroughly. The installation team was on site exactly when they said they would be there. The team was all business and when they were done with the job they cleaned everything up including reseeding areas of grass that needed to be replaced. If you are looking for excellence, you need not go any further than Paul Foley inc. you will be happy with them!

They did a great job from when I was researching generators to the complete installation of the Kohler generation by Premier Generator. Paul was very helpful and informative. They communicate with you about when things are going to be done, they clean up after every step and once the installation is complete their job is not over. A technician come for the final step of going over the system completely to make sure you understand how to operate the system and that you are comfortable doing so. They also tell you to call with any questions, any time! The customer service is unbelievable - no matter who I have spoken with, from the owner, to the technicians and of course the wonderful office manager Jean! Thankfully we haven't had to utilize the generator but the weekly test is security to know it is working and will be there when we need it. Thank you everyone at Premier Generator!!!

Great company to work with. Wonderful staff and clear explanations every step of the way. Did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. Very tidy and no mess despite having to excavate to put in the oil tank for the generator. Installation was done quickly and efficiently. Two years later all working very well and good annual service agreement. Would absolutely work with this company again and recommend them to anyone.

I searched for a reliable company to install a whole house generator at my home. I read all of the reviews and discovered that Premier Generator operated by Paul Foley Electric of Carver MA was the most highly recommended of all generator services in my area. We found Mr. Foley to be unusually thorough and forthright in making his proposal to us. Jeannie, the business manager is congenial and is willing to accommodate customer needs. When selected, Mr. Foley's installation crew reflected Mr. Foley's values for neatness, attention to detail and for customer service and satisfaction. Additionally, Mr. Foley installs Kohler generators which are reputed to be industry leaders. We have had the Kohler generator for three years and found it to be quiet and reliable. It provided uninterrupted electric service for the whole house for 4 days when Eversource power was interrupted by a severe winter storm. We engaged Foley Electric to service the generator every fall. Nathan, the service technician will do whatever is necessary to please the customer and reflects Mr. Foley's emphasis on serving the customer. I watched as he serviced the Kohler motor and generator. He follows what appears to be an established procedure and is careful to treat the unit as if it were his own. He willingly and patiently answers questions in a way that anyone will understand. He gives the impression that, while he is at my home, that his time and attention are devoted to meeting my requirements - without unnecessary distraction. He asked about my interest in establishing WiFi monitoring and assisted me in successfully establishing the connection on my cell phone. You just can't ask for or expect better from any service technician. I most highly recommend Paul Foley Electric for home and commercial needs.

Great job by a great company. I had a electrical service upgrade and generator installed. Premierà ¢à  à  s guys Adam and Bill showed up as scheduled ,were on time, and did nice neat work. The town electrical inspector commented on what a good job they did. After the installation Premiers IT guy Nate came to our house and linked our phones to the generator and explained some minor maintenance tasks. I would recommend Premier and if needed I would hire them again in a second.

Hired Paul Foley electric 2 times, first time was 8/28/2020 they installed a whole house generator and Ductless AC and heat all in 1 day ( That was impressive ) The 2nd time was 4/9/2021 they installed outlets in multiple rooms and 2 out door lights, they have to come back and finish another outlet and install another ductless unit in the bedroom. From the office to the install teams they are terrific, (Brandon's the man) All are professional and courteous, (The clean up was impressive also) I would highly recommend them !!!!!

Great product and service. The only small gripe I have is the annual service is a bit pricey.
