Excellent service..prompt and professional

Requested service on New Years Day about 4 pm Got called by Roger Byam within an hour. He asked send pictures of roof when light next day. He called again on Sunday and suggested repair and would be there later today on Sunday. He showed up as stated, fixed roof, checked for other issues before leaving. Very knowledgeable. Great service, excellent rate. Will keep card and will use for other jobs Best service!! Highly recommended

Good job but high price. I won’t know if my skylight still leaks until after a few snow and/or rainstorms.

Roger is very knowledgeable and communicative. His estimates are thorough yet concise and his pricing is competitive. The carpenters were professional, timely and detail oriented. I appreciated that everyone took the extra steps to make this a great job. Roger fit me in his schedule faster than anticipated and the carpenters were very thorough and experienced. If you can't tell, I would highly recommend Byam Construction, they were amazing. I'm thrilled to have found them!

Roger was contracted to remove my deck and replace it with a new one. I was totally impressed with his attention to detail regarding my needs. That was extremely important to me. He even ordered extra decking in the event that some of the decking didnâ t meet his quality standards and picked up the excess decking after 10Pm so it would be gone before morning. The attention to detail and the quality of his construction is BEST IN CLASS!!! I would recommend Roger Byam in a minute to anyoneð ð I wouldnâ t think twice to secure his services again

I used Roger for multiple projects on my house.: He fixed a leak in my roof Sealed up my stone foundation. Replaced structual damage to a main beam and repaired the related door and celling damage. Then fixed the jam in the door. Repaired the source of the damage. By repeating a second floor door. And installed a storm door to prevent further water erosion. All of the work was competed in a professional, thoughtful manner. With attention paid to preparing the sites and cleaning up every day. Iâ ve dealt with numerous contractors. Roger is by far my best experience. I highly recommend him. Tim

Roger Contacted me quickly and arranged for the repair within two days. He carefully looked at the leak and clearly explained the repair procedure . He was polite and professional. I highly recommend him.

Roger responded immediately and checked my roof the next day. Apparently a racoon had chewed into a roof flange and there was a hole in the roof. He even temporarily patched it that day and sent me a photo. About a week later he came back to repair properly. Even though his quote was higher then other contractors I chose to go with Roger due to his professionalism.
