Coming well after standard work hours to make right my broken door. He not only did more work than requested but then did not charge me b/c of the small amount of time it took him to make the repair. Mr. Byam repaired the minor roof damage on my home in exchange for a bundle of shingles that I had left from reroofing my shed. He also gave me valuable information about the condition of the rest of my roof. He is a general contractor and I would use him again to do work on my house!

I needed damaged deck stairs fixed before the crowd came for the 4th of July. Roger Byam got it done within 5 days of our initial contact. Roger constantly comminicated what was going on and when his workers would be on site. The work was done well and no mess was left behind. Roger Byam came over very quickly, spent a couple of hours to give me an estimate and in the process fixed a couple of things, and did not charge me anything. After I accepted his estimate, they came over to do the job, and completed it promptly and well. I couldn't be more satisfied. His rate was very reasonable, less than what I expected.
