Description of Work: Removed heavy snow and large ice dams from roof. Came day after call with a team of 5 during a time when such services from others were either unavailable or grossly overpriced. Work was performed up to expectations under difficult circumstances. Without my asking, the crew cleaned up after - making sure vents, oil tank caps, basement windows and back doors were free from fallen roof snow. They also removed any snow that had fallen on the driveway.

Description of Work: Viola Roofing and Contracting replaced a defective seal on a bathroom vent on my roof and replaced a leaking skylight in my kitchen. The quote came in quickly and the work was performed as soon as the material arrived. The work was performed and everything was cleaned up and a drop cloth placed in the kitchen beneath the skylight area to prevent damage to the laminate flooring. Viola Roofing and Contracting did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Removed existing gutter/downspout system and replaced with new. Prior to hiring Viola, the staff answered all questions & concerns clearly and thoroughly. Contract was clear and concise. Days on the job Viola's workers were polite, thoughtful of our property, kept noise level to a minimum, installed a great system, and completely cleared property of debris. Had three estimates...one company was approx. 3 times more |expensive than Viola while the other company was approx $1,000 more.

Description of Work: house is about 1,200 sq feet, split level ranch with two perpendicular ridges. They stripped roof, added cricket on chimney, water/ice protection on edges and valleys, re-roofed the house and added zinc strips for moss protection. | |They were very easy to deal with. Price matched quote. On time and on schedule. Property was well picked up when they were completed.
