The crew from Viola Roofing were excellent, doing work aloft to replace old wooden gutters and a downspout on a house with a four story back facing the water. When I had a problem with a vibrating downspout due to the Northeast winds that strike the house across the water, Viola Roofing came back and put additional clips on the downspout for free.

Mike Viola and his crew are extremely polite, professional and talented. We have a steep roof with multiple peaks that Viola Roofing & Contracting recently replaced along with front-facing siding work to increase curb appeal. Mike removed old cedar shingles and replaced them with clapboard to give a fresher look to an older home. I highly recommend Mike and plan to use his services again in the near future. His quote was fair and he is very easy to work with. He performed the work on the agreed date and within the agreed estimate. Our neighbors continue to compliment the improved look of the house. You will not be sorry if you hire Viola Roofing & Contracting.

The whole precess went very smoothly. Brian O'Neill from Viola Roofing came out (this was Fall 2018), went up on the roof, and gave me the best (lowest) estimate of the three contractors I called. He is a straight shooter. Since the weather was mild, his crew was able to remove the old roof and install the new one in mi-January of 2019. I requested that they also look at a minor gutter problem while the work was ongoing, and Brian had it fixed for no additional charge! It's now been a year and the roof is holding up great and looks great too. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again the next time I need a contractor.

I hired Viola Roofing after getting a number of quotes last year. All of the quotes were similar in price (with similar materials) ...but I felt most comfortable with Viola because of their responsiveness and professionalism. The roof was fairly large but they were completely done in 2 days (they even worked a Saturday due to a rain delay). Excellent work, great team, awesome cleanup (you wouldn't have known they were ever here (except for the new roof). Very highly recommend.

I wish all contractors were this good and responsive and straightforward. Viola replaced my entire asphalt shingle roof and roughed in a new skylight in about a day. No problems. No surprises. Everyone was very polite and professional. They have my highest recommendation.

Brian called soon after he received my message. He was right in my area so he came over and looked at my roof and sent an estimate later in the day. Brian had his team come out early afternoon the next day just as he had said. His team was soo nice too and every thing was done well before the snow came. I am very happy with Viola and I would definitely hire this company again!

Mike was great to work with! We needed our entire roof replaced, did some comparison of quotes and he had the best pricing available with quality materials by far. They did the entire thing in one day and clean up as well. The roof looks great! He was also very responsive whenever I emailed with questions, etc. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for roof work!

I used Viola before and was very happy, so when I had the same issue arise in two other vent pipes, I contacted him again through Angie's list system. However, this time he never responded so I sent an email and left a voice message on his phone. I waited a week and tried again but still did not receive a response. I then contacted another roofer through Angie's List and he called me back within 15 minutes. I left a C rating for Viola instead of an F because of my prior good experience. Maybe he had something come up that made it impossible for him to answer but I also wonder why his office wouldn't follow up. I'm very pleased with the other roofer and will call him for any roofing needs in the future.

Called on a Thursday, they came out on the following day (on time!), to assess a leaky roof. Inspected the roof both inside and outside the home. Repair was able to be made the same day. Very professional.

We bought a house a year ago with a pretty young architecturally-shingled roof, so imagine our surprise when we noticed a leak inside our attic crawl space dripping down into our dining room ceiling! UGH. Our friends had just had their roof replaced by Viola so they gave us their contact information, along with some other roofers they had gotten quotes from. Brian w/Viola provided (by far!) the fastest and most detailed estimate for us, which included pulling off the layers of shingles around our dormer windows and redoing the flashing, and the replacing the shingles. The price was fair considering the work that needed to be done. The only downside was that they wouldn't be able to complete the repair for 4-5 weeks. However, after only a week, we got an email from him saying they'd be doing the work for us in just a couple of days! That was a great surprise. The crew was on time and well prepared. They even covered our flower bushes without us having to ask. They cleaned up really well after themselves, too. The shingles they used match our existing ones perfectly; you can't even tell that a repair happened. While they were there, we also had them replace some fascia that we had been planning to take care of in a year or two anyway. That looks good as well. HOPEFULLY we won't need any more roof repairs for a very long time!!! But I won't hesitate to recommend them to friends, and when it comes time for us to replace the existing roof, we will call them first.

First to provide a quote and the lowest price. Once we accepted the quote, we expected it to be at least month to schedule our small project, but they came in about 2 weeks. Crew was very professional and completed the job in less than 4 hours on one of the hottest days of the year. Cleaned up all the debris. We are very pleased with the work.

From the quote to the roof placement everything was done great. The proposal was detailed and what was included in the description looked top notch. Mike met with an insurance appraiser I had in order to look at the roof storm damage to estimate the cost of repair. That was even before we hired them. The work was done in one day and a half. It looks great and I would definitely hire them again.
