Description of Work: I had some old water damage on a couple walls. I was worried I had a leak somewhere so I called Viola to come take a look. The guy inspected the inside, then climbed on the entire roof to review. He told me my roof was fine but should be replaced with 5 years. Honesty goes a long way in my book. When I replace my roof, Viola will get the job.

Description of Work: THE WORK DONE WAS OK FOR THE PRICE BUT NOT EXCEPTIONAL. THERE WAS MINIMUM CONTACT WITH THE OWNER, AND I HAD TO CALL THE CREW BACK TO GET A FEW THINGS THEY MISSED. THE CHIMNEY FLASHING WAS NOT DONE AS WELL AS I EXPECTED. ALSO, THE CONTRACTOR MUST HAVE SEEN A FEW PROBLEMS SUCH AS GAPS BETWEEN THE HOUSE AND THE CHIMNEY DUE TO MISSING GROUT AND ROTTEN WOOD THAT I NOW HAVE TO GET FIXED. I WOULD EXPECT AN "A" RATED CONTRACTOR WOULD BRING THEM TO A CLIENT'S ATTENTION AND OFFER TO FIX FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE IF THEY FELT IT WAS BEYOND THE ORIGINAL SCOPE. LASTLY, THERE WAS SOME OLD SHINGLE PIECES LEFT IN THE GUTTERS THAT I HAD TO REMOVE.
