Wonderfully! Working with VC construction was a great experience from start to finish. I had just purchased a home and I needed this job completed before I moved as the condition of the existing staircase was un-safe. I called inquiring about the job I needed to have done, and in a little more than a week my unsafe basement bulkhead stairs, in my newly purchased home, were replaced with a sturdy, to code staircase. Nothing but positive reviews for VC. He was incredibly responsive to us. I called at 5 PM Friday, he called me back at 6 PM, came to look at the job at 7 PM, and was at the house at 8:30 AM on Saturday to do the install. Incredibly responsive! He is an incredibly skilled contractor and made the cuts with precision. My wife and I also appreciated how professional he was putting down drop cloths and cleaning up after the job was done. If we ever need anything else, we'll be calling him.

Superbly!! The contractor, my wife and I worked as a team from the start of the project. My wife and I provided the design and statement of work for VC C. We researchded/supplied all materials for VCC. The contractor was extremely well organized. He::: made suggestions to fine tune the plan...laid out the steps of the process...provided contacts for materials purchases ...gave us the names of electrical, plumbing, flooring third parties we could evaluate for project work... performed demolition, preparation, carpentry, painting, stairway/cabinet installation, tile (floor/backsplash) installation...managed subcontractors and finished the project on time In a nut shell he was an excellent listener, a direct communicator of ideas and suggestions, and an experieced, multi- talented ethical professional.

Very professional and reliable. He was able to complete a very difficult crown molding job that many other 'professionals' did not know how to. Vany is like no one other when it comes to detail, when you inspect his work you'll find even the smallest details have not been overlooked. With the exception of electricity, Vany can do anything and everything, and a master at it all !!!

Excellent!!!! VERY HAPPY with their work! He showed me what he found and what he was doing along the way. They worked very clean and neat. Closed off the room to the rest of the house with plastic to prevent dirt/ debris from getting all over the rest of the house. Bagged up all the old insulation and ceiling, and removed it for us. (gave us the option to take away ourselves first) He got us a price of a plasterer, allowing us to decide if we wanted to use him or find someone on our own. His guy had a great price and we went with him. We were also very pleased with the plasters work as well. They removed and put back our couches for us since my husband and I were unable to get them through the outside door ourselves. They put them back in each time they were done until the next day. When they were all done, they put everything back and left the room and outside work area spotless. I had used them in past and was very happy with previous jobs as well. I left them alone at the house when I had to leave. I had no issues and felt safe leaving them there alone in my home. I already have plans to call them back in the Spring for more work we need done!

Vany is a wonderful person to work with--friendly, dependable, honest, considerate, careful, professional, and a true master at everything he does! He came over promptly at the appointed time to review the work and to give us an estimate. He obtained the necessary permit for the job, and completed the work within 4 days. Vany always takes the time to answer our questions carefully and fully and offers thoughtful ideas and solutions. He works neatly, and he cleans the work area carefully. He replaced the whole top of the deck and all posts, railings, and rotten vertical boards with pressure-treated boards. At the end of the job, he cleaned meticulously all nails and debris and left us with a beautiful deck which we look forward to enjoying for many, many years! We have already recommended VC Construction to family and friends, and would not hesitate to call Vany for any future project in our home!

Very trustworthy, professional and highest quality. I went to Maine on vacation when Van came in and completely remodeled my kitchen. When I arrived back, everything was complete, cabinets and floor, when the appliances and granite counter tops arrived, everything fit like a glove. If you get Vany, you've got the 'BEST'!

I recently hired V C Construction to build a deck and they did a phenomenal job. Vanny have also done some work for me in the past (replacing doors, framing, tile and roofing) and he always does a really good job. He is the best carpenter I've known.

He was very good with the finish work on the windows and also the exterior construction. He is very thoughtful about how he approaches the work he is doing and consulted with me often. He is very honest, responsible, reliable and I would highly recommend him to others.
