Precision Overhead Garage Door Service came out ASAP when my garage door broke with my car inside. They were able to open to door so I could get my car out and then secured it until the new door came. I had called other companies, but they didn't care too much about my situation, only that it would take weeks for someone to come and give me an estimate on a new door. The new door arrived and was installed in one hour! Both service men who came to my home were very profession and courteous. They were wonderful representatives of the company they work for. I would encourage anyone who needs new garage doors or repair of their doors to contact this company. I cannot say enough about them!! Thank you Precision Doors for helping me.

Hi had Paul and Rainer come to my house yesterday and they were both 5 star!! Paul was prompt and knowledgeable ...he was informative with my situation, gave me options and got the job done very efficiently I have used Precision before and have recommended to my neighbors..I don't think I will ever call anyone else! I was also sorry to hear about Chris he was the tech from before! I am so happy to be back in my garage..thank you! Rainer was very helpful kept squirrels at bay while Paul got the job done, he was very friendly and well behaved....although at repair at Christmas was not what I had hoped for it was needed and done in the best way possible!

Precision installed 2 new garage doors. At the initial visit they recommended that I needed some additional structural work before they could install. When that was complete, they came again and reviewed the work before taking my order. Their work is excellent and the doors are beautiful. All employees were polite and helpful. They also provided near by addresses so I could see similar doors in advance with the approval of their customers.

Spring was old. Repair work went well and timely.

Excellent. Jay, the Tech, looked at the door, know immediately what was wrong , fixed it, did a safety check and Lubed everything. It not only works now it does it quietly. Precision Door Service did a great job. Showed up on time, explained how the system worked and why it didn't. Fixed everything in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them.

I had called a garage door company that I have used for several years. They could not help me for over one week so I found Precision Door on line. They initially gave me the same answer but when I said “no thank you” the person on the phone asked me to wait until she checked with the service manager and I was informed they would be to my home later that day. From the initial phone call to the conclusion of the service, I received very professional and courteous service. The technician,Mike Thurber was absolutely fantastic. He explained the problem to me in terms that I could understand. He is a credit to the company and i rate him among the best service technicians who have ever done service at my home. If I have any other garage door problems in the future Precision Door is the company I will call.

Phenomenal service! Put in a service request first thing in the morning for a broken pulley, received a call to set up the appointment within the hour and got an appointment for the afternoon. Got a call from Jay the service tech that he could come earlier than scheduled which was even better. Jay was a true professional, he assessed the repair, presented me with a few different options, didn't pressure me by trying to upsell to the most expensive option. I ended up deciding on having the cables, pulleys and springs all replaced; Jay had the job done in under an hour and the result was perfect. He even adjusted the belt tension on both of my openers free of charge. I would not hesitate to hire Precision again for any other repair needs in the future.

Had new hardware and a new opener installed on our 18 year old garage doors. Service was on time and work was exceptional. A few weeks later the wall mounted opener quit working. I called and the technician came out the next day and repaired it at no charge. Great response. Thank you.
