Ed was great! He was professional and called ahead of his arrival. He got here on time and explained everything to me. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable about doors and openers. My door sounds like it is 10 years younger and it works!! Mission accomplished for a reasonable price!! I highly recommend and will only be using you guys going forward!!

Chet Shrader visited us on schedule to prepare an estimate of our garage doors replacement. He gave detailed explanations on our questions and gave us the estimate in a couple of minutes after that. He left a very good impression, representing the company Precision Door Service. After consideration of the estimate, we chose the company to do the job. The major reason of our decision was 10(!) years warranty - more than other companies. Rolando Chaparro completed new garage doors installation on time and they are quieter than our old doors, despite the fact that they are much harder. We hope, the doors will continue to work as now. All the time working with the company, I contacted Tom Shea, who patiently explained to me all the details of the work. I wish the Precision Door Service team continued success.

Technician Mike M. called ahead & was able to arrive 1 hr. earlier than scheduled (worked out great for me!.) Basically rebuilt 1 of my 2 garage doors; cleaned/lubed/balanced both. The quality of parts he used were much higher than the OEM parts they replaced: cast-iron (as opposed to stamped steel) pulleys; heavier-duty cables; sealed bearing rollers, etc. He worked quickly & efficiently. I'm very happy with the work performed by Mike & Precision, & will get Mike back out here when the 2nd door inevitably needs a rebuild.

I was initially impressed that the company sent me photos of the workmen who might come, saying "Don't invite strangers into your home.". The people who have come to service my garage door have been polite, efficient, professional, and really knew how to diagnose a problem. Both (two years apart) have worked quickly to make the door work better, besides getting rid of the problem that I called about.

Friendly, informative, positive, helpful, punctual, knowledgeable, fair. I live out in the country and despite a long drive to service my doors, the service tech was easy to schedule, on time, and happy to provide great service.

Tech (Ed) called before he came and arrived early! Replaced old broken spring with better quality one. He made a professional suggestion that saved $$. Finish job in short time frame. Very happy.

So far it went well, the door will be fixed after new parts arrive. They are on order.

Overall-perfect. Chet arrived to install a garage opener. Upon inspection of my entire system he suggested replacing parts that were wearing. Honestly, at first, I thought this was an "up-sale" tactic. I WAS WRONG!!! After he did the job, replacing the opener, suggested parts and making adjustments...I barely hear my garage door open. Price was worth every penny.

The people at Precision were a pleasure to deal with and met all expectations. Product is great and the installation was done professionally on a Saturday. Very happy.

My husband found your listing in the yellow pages. I called and made an appointment (the girl that took my info was great). We got an appointment for the next day between 10 am and noon with Jacob. He called to let me know he was on his way and he got there closer to the 10:00 time. Jacob was great. My husband was very satisfied with the work he performed. He replaced the springs on our garage door. He knew what he was doing and was very professional. He came in the house afterwards so I could pay him. I was very impressed with him. Great personality and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who needs any work done or new doors, etc. Thanks so much for a great experience.

We could not be happier with the service from Precision. This is the third time we have used them. The person who answered the phone was polite and respectful and I was very happy to be able to have same day service. Paul called ahead and told me when he would be arriving and arrived punctually. He explained clearly what needed to be done to repair the door and worked diligently while he was here. And even though it was late in the afternoon near dinner time, he even stayed to sync the garage door opener in my new car - and it took several tries to get it done. I would highly recommend your company.

Chet arrived on time as promised. Although I only needed to replace a spring, he convinced me to replace other worn parts also. Yes it was expensive, but considering the quality of the Precision parts which were much better/stronger than those bought at Home Depot, and also considering the 5 year warranty, the cost was well worth it. Chet with 25 years of experience did the job quick and in a very professional manner. He did a 'great' job... thanks Ed

Paul was fantastic. He was so helpful to me as I knew very little about garage doors!! NOT only did he give me great advice on ordering my new door but he and his trainee Jacob did a temporary fix of my current broken door which was not an easy fix!! Thank you !! Recently I was the “recipient” of a failed garage door spring and cable(on 1 of 2 doors). As luck would have it, it happened on a Saturday. So I “surfed” the web and came upon Precision Door Company. Called and set up an appointment for following Monday. The Tech, Ed Dombrowski, arrived promptly on schedule. He was very friendly and sociable. He immediately assessed the situation and we discussed the work to be done. Based on his recommendation I decided to have the spring and cable replaced on the second door as well. And I was never so glad I did. He wasted no time making the repairs. I appreciated very much Ed’s expertise, recommendations and excellent work ethics. I’ve put Precision Door on “speed dial” on my phone and look forward to calling on them for all my future garage door repairs/replacements, thanks to Ed!

Very responsive and professional. Called for repair originally. I had total confidence in advice regarding age of garage door opener and possible continuing problems. I made a decision for a new opener without any pressure--just facts from which I could draw my own conclusions. Great service people.
