Description of Work: I called the Quincy # for this company. I was unhappy when I found out they were only in Hudson (wherever that is??)but I already had an estimite so I went ahead with it. The gentleman who did the job was very professional but he was from Conneticut, so when he had trouble with the lock, he wasn't leaving till he finished (well into the night!!). The lock sucks so I'll have a local company install a secure lock. I'll never call this company again!!

I am completely satisfied with Precision Door Service and the repairs that they made. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly, pleasant and professional. After calling them, a technician was at my house within 24 hours. I also liked that they did not try to sell me something that I did not need or want. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

Description of Work: A major spring on my garage door snapped, immobilizing the door. Precision came within an hour or two of my call. (There was some serendipity in this as they were at the time working on another call near my home.) Precision replaced the spring and some other parts they said were worn. The whole thing took half-an-hour to 45 minutes. The garage door has worked well since Precision made the repair.

Description of Work: we spoke with the representative who came to our home, measured the garage, and talked with us about what was needed. It turns out that we made the decision to replace the two garage doors and the control systems (motors, etc). We sought some bids and took another company. Precision met with us but did not provide any service on our doors.

Description of Work: This company checked all parts in my garage door assembly and replaced the rollers. They lubricated moving parts and calibrated the garage door openers. I will use this company again if I ever need service or wish to replace the openers.
