Precision Door Service

Great service. Came the same day that I called and Barry had the door fixed in no time at all. He was courteous and professional. I was very pleased. He even arrived earlier, after calling, than the scheduled time. Even scheduling the appointment was a good experience. These folks know how to run a service business and it’s clear that they are committed to ensuring a good experience for their customers. I would not hesitate to call them again, when needed.

Service was provided the day after I called. The serviceman, Chet, called prior to arriving and was here on time. He was professional, efficient and very nice. He explained exactly what needed to be done, had my husband go over it with him gave us the cost prior to beginning and when he finished had him go over it again. We would definitely use them again and can confidently recommend them.

Service was great. Received an email confirming appointment. Service Rep called the day of the appointment saying he was going to be early. Quality job done.

I am very happy with my new garage doors--they make it so much easier to use the garage, and they work beautifully. The technicians who came to our house were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. There was a slight problem with one of the doors when first installed, but as soon as I mentioned it the company sent out another technician, who not only fixed the problem but also fixed another problem we didn't know we had. I recommend them highly.

I would highly recommend Precision garage door. They were able to come out the same day when my door broke and was in the open position. I was leaving for the weekend and they came right out. After looking at the door it was determined that I needed a new door (mine was 50 years old). They gave me an estimate right then. I called later and scheduled a replacement door which took 3 weeks to come in. Then it was installed easily and professionally and looks great!

Easy appointment time, technician Ed showed up ahead of schedule and got the job done perfectly. Ed was courteous and knowledgeable, pleasure to have around, definitely recommend!

They arrived on time and the technician did not have extensive experience with the type of spring i have installed. He had to make some phone calls to understand how to proceed. They technician was graceous enough to give a quick look at the second garage door and made an adjustment as well as lubricated the door for $99. When the estimate came back it was $699. I decided to get multiple estimates for a job that big and when the work was finally completed it was full completed in a comparable manner for less than half the cost by a less advertised but (similar in size and scope) local mom and pop shop. The overall experience was good but the cost estimate provided was very high.

Very professional and helpful. The tech needed to order the spring, not a size he had in his truck, so he manually opened the garage door for us, so we could get our car out. He also explained our choices, of doing a minimal repair, or replacing a few other components, so we could make our decision.

The service was excellent, most of all the service man was professional and personable. I had complete trust in him! Please relay my happiness with this provider if possible they are lucky to have such a fine employee.

Installed new springs on both doors. Better price by doing both springs. Techs were great. Very professional and nice to talk too. Doors working smooth. Very happy!

PJ was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He ordered a needed part and came back to install it a couple days later. Great service and a fair price - I'd highly recommend it.

It was okay. I think they were very hard to reach. Once i reached them they were okay. He was honest. He recommended changing on one of the machines. I decided I would buy it myself and have him put it in. He was fine, and fair. The price was fine it was a B. They came on time. They were professional. I would use them again in the future.

The job was done perfectly. Tech arrived on time. Analysis of issue was spot on. Tech was able to get parts and complete repair same day. Money paid for roller replacement was applied to repair, since that was not necessary. I could not be more happy with the result or the tech

Cancelled the appointment when I heard there was a $99 charge for them to look at my garage door. That fee is not applicable to cost of any repairs.

They came out were able to give a quick fix and were honest to say that the solution they gave me would work in the short term, but since my doors were probably over 20 years old, it was time to invest in new ones. They were not pushy and left me an estimate for a new set of doors.

It went very nicely! The young man arrived on time and did his work quickly and efficiently.

The Serviceman showed up on time, and completed the necessary repairs in a short time. I liked the service so much that I am thinking of using them to install a closer, with possibly a new door,

Went very well. It is clear that the Angie's List offer is a teaser rate. There was a lot of "gentle" upselling of services going on but not a hard sell.

Called them around 2 months ago. The technician came promptly and provided the quotes instantly. The quotes were subject to finding the replacement section for the garage door. He looked very promising. He said his manager would call me back in 2 weeks or less. But there was no call from them. I did call them once, the front desk woman took my number and said someone will call back the next day. No one called. Third time, I called them to inquire about the job and left them a voicemail, No one bothered to call back. It looks like they are very busy with other stuff or just they might have bad customer support. Overall never heard from them if the garage section is available or not. Will try someone else.

I purchased the offer on March 1st. It's been 6 weeks and no one has reached out to me. I have cancelled the deal and requested a refund from Angie's List.

Precision scheduled the service pretty quickly (next day), emailed me the technician's name and the technician was on time. He fixed the garage door. But the door wouldn't close after a couple of days. I called Precision again, and they initially said no technicians were available and it would be 2-3 days before someone could come. Needless to say, I was pretty upset about it. Called again in a couple of hours, and somehow a technician was available. Came same day, fixed some calibration settings, and the garage door has been fine since. Overall, good first impression and good closure. But not sure why the calibration settings weren't correctly set in the first visit, and there was some stress (albeit temporary) scheduling the follow-up.

Very well and very professional. He also explained what was wrong and what he was going to do. also provided more information on how to improve my garage. Friendly and personable. Thank you

It turned out fine. It went well. I bought a Big Deal through Angie's List and then I had used them again for a total new garage door. He got into a car accident on his way into our driveway, but that wasn't his fault.
