Description of Work: Just great. Repaired our range and then installed kit to convert to gas from propane. Office staff and field staff were all excellent. Great service and price. Ordered a part for us and then held it until other parts of the project were done and were great about communicating throughout the process. Field repair guy knew exactly what he was doing.

I spent about $1000. They did a very good job. They showed up exactly when they were supposed to. They had a very good price. They had a Black Friday special. They showed up on time when they said they would. They also gave me information when I went to their shop.

We had a relaxing shopping experience. We had some idea about what brand we wanted to buy, but our salesperson discouraged us because she and the manager of the store had the dishwasher and neither liked it. We ended up buying a different brand and model on sale and we're happy with our purchase.

Armed with a spreadsheet of various models, vendors and pricing, we went to Hudson Appliance to see what the local competition offered. An extremely competent and knowledgeable staff showed us options and explained various features. The quoted price was much cheaper than any of the chain home improvement centers. Because we got a gas stove, they offered to have a plumber come at the same time the stove was delivered. This saved a lot of time shopping around for a plumber. It was very convenient to have this option. They even took away the old stove. Overall, I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a large appliance purchase. I absolutely love the stove and love the customer service that came with it.

EXCELLENT. I HAVE USED HUDSON APPLIANCE SERVICE CENTER FOR THE LAST 16 YEARS. THEY ARE RELIABLE, CONSISTENT, TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND THEIR FEES ARE STANDARD. GETTING AN APPOINTMENT MAY TAKE A FEW DAYS TO A WEEK AND THE STANDARD 8-NOON/NOON-4 APPOINTMENT WINDOWS APPLY; HOWEVER THEY WILL GIVE YOU ''FIRST CALL OF THE DAY'' IF YOU REQUEST IT. I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THEM TO BE HONEST, NO OVERSELL, CAN HANDLE TOUGH INSTALL JOBS, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
