"Had this company dig out and replace a damaged part of my driveway. They cut a bit too far into the old driveway. I had discussed on multiple occasions that this needed to be filled in before the sealcoating and he agreed. When it came time to sealcoating, he forgot to tell his crew to fill in the crack. He came back to fill in the cracks and made the driveway much worse. Tar is uneven, there is exposed asphalt and the sealcoating is scratched where he brought his equipment. When I asked him to see what he could do to fix it, he spoke to me in a very condescending tone and said there was nothing he could do. At least he didn't charge me for the sealcoating, but long story short, I need a quote for rising the damage he caused"

My new driveway is so much better than I could have imagined. It’s laser straight where it once dipped and sagged, but they even improved the overall grade of my hill by raising up sections and lowering others to have a more consistent slope rather than a low spot and steep section.
