Description of Work: I had a very good experience working with Steve and his crew to install an interior perimeter drain, wall waterproofing, and sump pump in my basement. I have had a lot of work done on my house by other tradespeople over the years and have experienced everything from rude behavior, shoddy work, and even theft. But a few contractors have stood head and shoulders above the others and Steve of Real Dry Waterproofing is one of them. Steve was extremely responsive and courteous and carried out the work on time and through to completion without a hitch. He was extremely careful not to damage anything of mine in the work area; they kept the mess to a minimum, cleaned up after themselves, and put everything they had moved back exactly as they found it. He and his crew were not only courteous to me but also to each other. One worker commented that he loved his job which says a lot. Steve supervised his workers very well, observing and patiently providing them with guidance as they did their work. Per my request, Steve explained every phase of the work he was doing. He clarified and asked for my input as needed. I know exactly what I paid for, how it was installed and how it is supposed to work. The work was a big expense but I feel that the price was very fair and I am not only pleased with the results but also pleased at how easy Steve made it for me.

Description of Work: Tried twice to get a quote and they never showed. First time understandable, second time I was suppose to receive a phone call the day before to confirm a time and was never contacted. Would not try again.

Description of Work: They cleaned out a crawl space of debris, sprayed for mold, and installed a liner. Repointed the old stone foundation and sprayed for mold and sealer. Everything looks good, and were happy to have it done. Verbal price was $3100, written price was $4100 to $4600. Ended up at the high price. And again were happy to have it done. Overall they did a nice job.

Description of Work: After the initial contact, we had issues with their response time to our inquiries. I understand that we contacted them during a very busy time for them, but we feel they could have responded more quickly than they did. The inspection of our basement went well, but we hired a different contractor who had proposed a different and less expensive method to prevent water from leaking in to our basement.

Description of Work: We have been getting water seepage in our basement due to ground water issues. We had several companies come and provide estimates for a perimeter drainage system in our basement. Stephen provided a detailed estimate and was very helpful and honest with us in considering all of our options. Rather than force us to do the whole house all at once as the other companies would have, Stephen was accommodating to our preference to do only half the house (at a great price) so we could see if that is enough to resolve the issue, with the option of adding on to the system in the future. His crew was prompt and professional. Stephen was onsite both days to oversee the installation. Specifically, they drilled down through the concrete floor and installed perforated PVC drainage pipe (surrounded by gravel) along 2 walls. Installed a zoeller sump pump in a covered basin that the pipes drain into, with a discharge pipe to the outside. On the second work day, they re-poured concrete to cover over the gravel/drainage pipes, leaving a 1/4 inch gap to allow for collection of wall condensation/seepage.They also installed a speed drain in front of our basement bulkhead door that drains into the sump. We are very pleased with the team's performance as well as the finished product.

Description of Work: Real Dry waterproofing came in, jackhammered a trench around perimeter of my basement, put in a perforated pipe and washed stone, drain tile and vapor barrier that connected to basin and pump that pumps the water outside.

Description of Work: We hired Real Dry Waterproofing LLC for basement waterproofing about two weeks ago. They dug a trench around the part of the perimeter of my basement, and put in a sump pump and a well. They covered it with the concrete, so the water level doesn’t come up, and it rather goes through the sump pump.

Description of Work: The perimeter of our basement was jackhammered out from the wall and dug down to the footing of the foundation. A large black perforated hose was installed the whole distance of the ditch sloping down towards the end of the basement where the sump pump they installed could pump out the water as it accumulated in the pit. The black hose was covered up with coarse gravel and then they cemented over the gravel to bring back the floor of the basement to how it looked before they started.
