Description of Work: Painting and carpentry on window trim

Description of Work: They painted the exterior of my home. The company was very nice and responsive. I think there are areas in which quality could have been better and after the fact I realized that not everything had been done. For instance, they paintedmy front door without sanding or scraping the old paint so the surface is very uneven. I have reached out to the owner andI expect to receive acall from them soon.

Description of Work: Outside painting, body, corner boards, trim soffits, windows, shutters, doors, garage door, ceiling porch, gutters, downspouts. They came on time, cleaned up after themselves, no loud music, worked very hard and when the weather forecast turned, they stayed longer to finish it before the storm came. They also did some carpentry work, fascia boards etc. They went beyond expectations f.i. managed to cover splatter on the garage door and storm door caused by drive way tar. They were realistic in presenting what they could do and what they could not. This is a smaller outfit but so far their work has been excellent compared to some of the bigger outfits we hired in the past.

The deck rails were also replaced and right on the estimate ....exterior painting (body,trim,shutters ,double garage doors,window frames ) $7500 Remove old wood deck rails,power wash deck , replace AZAC railings $530.
