I found the crew from Services Plus very professional and the work was done on schedule. The original quote missed a few areas and we negotiated a fair price to finish the project. I found the crew to be very pleasant and they completed the work in less than a week. I would strongly recommend this service to anyone and plan to have them quote another project for next spring.

I obtained three quotes for exterior house painting. Right from the start, Services Plus was impressive. The quote was thorough and detailed and included pictures and descriptions of all work to be done (some carpentry was done in addition to the exterior painting). The quote also came in thousands less than those without carpentry work. Couldn't be happier with the results. The carpentry work was spot on and the painting looked great. The final walk-through showed some minor issues (for example, a little bit of cream trim paint splattered on a few green shingles). It was taken care of that day. No hidden surprises, no issues. Professional from start to finish. On day 1, the crew was using power tools on the front porch and for some reason the outlets stopped working. I called an electrician to replace the outlet and let Services Plus know about it. They covered the cost, no questions asked. Really great experience. Would definitely hire again.

I contracted Services Plus to repair all of the trim on the edge of the gable and replace a vent. They were very responsive from the time of scheduling of the work estimate to completion of the job. I found them to be very professional and clear with the process. The team of three guys arrived on time and worked very quickly throughout the day. Heli was the on-site coordinator and I found him to be very easy to work with. He and the crew were very good at making the repairs. There were additional repairs that I requested them to do and they were very quick to provide me with an estimate for the additional work. One area that needs improvement is in the cleanup. I found debris on the side of the house and in the hedge that should have been cleaned up. I missed that at the time of the final inspection. All in all, I would invite them back for future projects.

Painters Plus was amazing. First of all they were available when we needed them. They finished the job in 2 weeks, cleaned up after themselves everyday. Were not intrusive to our family or neighbors. Did not take payment until the final walk through was approved by us. True professionals. Wow!

It went perfectly. Painters Plus is a very professional company. To begin, their proposal was a very detailed itemized list. No money is required until the job is completed to your satisfaction. The painting crews are employed by the company and therefore are assigned until the completion of the job. Each project has a manager who was available for questions. The crew was prompt, polite and efficient. In addition when you view the web site of the company, etc employee has a page of biographical information. It is very much a family. I certainly would highly recommend this company for any painting project.

The time span from the initial consultation to the completion of the job was two weeks. My wife and I were appreciative of the explanation of what to expect before work began as well as the knowledgable help in selecting the paint colors (we chose three for the house body, trim, and shutters). We were particularly impressed with the pride of workmanship demonstrated by the two-man team that did the work. Besides being competent craftsmen, they were friendly and courteous. We recommend this firm without reservation.

As a quick summary, I would not recommend hiring or using Painter’s Plus for any paint projects as their workmanship, preparation, thoroughness and most importantly commitment to quality, is simply unacceptable. As a licensed building contractor/woodworker with 30 plus years of experience, I have hired, contracted or engaged with a variety of tradesman and have been very satisfied with the project outcome especially overall workmanship. Last year I contracted with Painter’s Plus to prep and paint the exterior of my home. Below is a recap of that project and my dealings with Uga Defreitas, CEO of Painter’s Plus: Work was to start on Oct 8, 2016 however Painter’s Plus was late and arrived the week of November 7th. Our contract called for surface preparation along with 2 coats of stain/paint on both clapboards and trim. Day #1: A crew of 2 arrived early and we discussed/reviewed the project. Day #2: At 2:00 pm I received a call that the project was complete and ready for a walk through. Although surprised, I had not seen the size of the crew for that day and agreed to a walkthrough and payment on Saturday November 12. Saturday morning, I met Anthony from Painter’s Plus. During the walkthrough, we observed many areas that had been missed, insufficiently coated or displayed extremely poor surface preparation. I voiced my displeasure to Anthony with emphasis on the lack of paint/stain. We agreed to 2 coats and all areas appeared to have received only a single coat. Anthony contacted Uga Defreitas, CEO of Painter’s Plus via cell who agreed to rectify the situation immediately. They guaranteed that Painter’s Plus would return and add an additional coat of paint/stain to the entire house. The resolution was acceptable and I made payment to Anthony in full. What a mistake! A few days later, Painter’s Plus contacted me and requested that I meet with Uga as he now wished to review the project personally. I met with Uga and reviewed the workmanship. Uga then informed me that he would no longer honor his commitment to repaint the house and refused to accept any responsibility for his crew. He continuously laid blame on the Sherwin-Williams product, the clapboards, and anything else he could find. I pointed out many areas where we could see primer through the paint as it was evident that Painters Plus never applied the contracted 2 coats. The job looks awful! Uga became frustrated when I questioned his lack of commitment and quality. He adamantly stated that he never agreed, and would never add another coat of paint nor stain to the entire house. Honestly I found Uga to be one of the most dishonest and reprehensible people I have dealt with to date. Regardless when threatened with legal action, Uga reluctantly agreed to the following: 1. Add another coat of stain to the ‘entire’ back, right side and rear portico. 2. Repair all trim areas that were deficient especially by the new front door. (paint runs and poor pep). 3. As a good will offering, he would paint my foundation. 4. Unbeknownst to me, the shutters were ‘not’ included in the estimate so we agreed to an additional amount to paint the shutters. A few days later, I received another call from Anthony claiming completion. When I reviewed the work, here is what I found: 1. None of the clapboards on the rear or side of the house, as well as the rear portico had received any additional paint/stain. 2. None of the trim areas received any additional paint or rework. 3. They painted three quarters of my foundation but never power washed. Yes, they painted right over dirt! 4. They never painted the shutters. They remain the ‘wrong’ color. Painter’s Plus again made false claims and Uga again denied responsibility. He is now only willing to ‘spot paint’ any area 'he' deems to be of issue. What an awful company. Please find anyone else.

Uga has built an excellent business; our experience was great -- from the estimate to the final walk-through. Exceptional customer service and very high quality work. The package of information included with the estimate included references, detailed photos of the carpentry work that was to be performed, proof of license and insurance -- everything I wanted, without having to ask. The project managers were highly professional and responsive to questions, and the crews were very prompt, courteous and careful from prep to clean-up. On walk-through, we discovered one baseboard that should have been replaced, but instead had just been painted over. The team responded with an immediate fix, and we noted that they had done a bit of work above and beyond the scope of the estimate. A three-year warranty provides definite peace of mind, not that we feel we will need it. Finally, the team bought us bagels at the end as a "thank you, " when clearly it was us who should have provided the gift. Given the extent of the work, the project was expensive, but based on our experience, worth the investment. We would not hesitate to recommend or rehire Painters Plus.

We had our house powerwashed in preparation to put it on the market. Ended up needing to be painted after it was done. Gleydson Vial from Painter's Plus came to the house to give me an estimate. He quoted me $4650 for the painting. (We had carpentry work done for $1100). He stated that he would take $300 off since we weren't going to need a powerwash. He said that we wouldn't be eligible for the 3 year warranty since they were not going to have them powerwash. Never got the warranty. He also stated that if we were not going to paint the shutters he would take $200 off and if we chose to get rid of the debris he would take an additional amount off. We opted to have them paint the shutters and get rid of the trash. He seemed like an honest guy so I did not ask for a formal contract. BIG MISTAKE! I can't get a straight answer from the owner to see if he has talked to Mr. Vial. After exchanging multiple emails with the owner he said he would reimburse me. Haven't seen the money after a month. Never got the paperwork for the 3 year warranty either. If you choose to go with this company get everything in writing. Unfortunately I have to go the Chapter 93A/ small claims court route.

They were fast, professional and did a great job. They really laid out what they were doing before they started the work. Great company to work with. I would hire them again for my next painting project.

Very satisfied with this company from start to finish. Communication and responsiveness was excellent. They provided a very detailed quote outlining all work to be done, rather than throwing out a number. Elias headed up the team- friendly, kept us frequently updated, worked long hours and had thorough attention to detail. Paint job was excellent. Gave a B in pricing because we were disappointed that some of the rotting that should have been noticed during time of quotation was not included in quote and we had to pay an additional 1k for carpentry. Besides that, very happy with painters plus and would hire again.

The customer service and quality work provided by Painters Plus was top notch. One of the best experiences we have had with contracting work for our home. From the initial consult to getting the quote to job completion everyone was friendly professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and certainly welcome back in the future.

The work is excellent. The Team worked with me to get exactly the result i needed. The ceilings look beautiful. In these busy times, schedules can get complicated and Painters Plus worked with me to get the job done on my schedule. The painters were prompt, got the job done and clean up was completed so I had my rooms back in no time. I will be hiring them again for work to be done in the spring.

As I said in my original review of the work done on 7/28/16, I was not happy with the staining job. They came back on November 7, 2016 and redid what I was not happy with, and were very conscientious and punctual in following up.

I was very happy with Painters Plus and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. In fact, they'd be my go-to company for painting. They are professional in every way. Uga (the owner) knows about color and primer. He came out to my home for a free estimate and it was clear that he knew his profession. He explained everything and answered all questions. They prepped the area carefully and cleaned everything upon completion.
