The technicians were very professional. Excellent job.

Plumbing work went very well. But we asked to re-silicone our shower unit and the door hardware was damaged in the process. It was action above expectations so we're not complaining, but we paid for it and are still awaiting replacement hardware to use the shower. Other than that, the work was done professionally and cheerfully. Other than the shower issue, the work was a 5.

Did not end up using them, they were quick to respond but wanted a $75 0r $79 fee to come out to look at what I needed done, to give me a price. Since they could not discuss over phone to give a general idea, I decided to pass.

Due to the pandemic it took a while for the park to come in, but after the park came in they were able to fix it the same day. They were terrific and very helpful. They provided portable AC units during the time when our AC was down. This was very good of the company to do.

First of all I want to be clear that Rodenheiser employs the best people in the business...from their office staff to all their service people. Professional, courteous and punctual. Can’t say enough about the guys that have serviced my home. That being said, their prices are absolutely outrageous. In the past year or so, I’ve spent $600 to fix a toilet handle, another $600 to install a dishwasher and just recently $1,200 to install two outside spigots (to my embarrassment, I paid the fee because I was in a pinch). During the last service call, I was quoted $4,800 to replace a section of pipes in my basement which “were starting to show some wear”. $4,800!!!! I politely declined. Hahaha! I’m not paying 4x any longer so I started searching for their replacement.

After initial installation , system failures required replacing defective heat pump.

I was advised that no repair was needed and appreciated the honesty.

They came to give us an estimate on repairing 2 faucets. The estimates were very high ($1500 for one on the faucets). They claimed that the estimates were so high because parts aren't made for that sink anymore, but a similar sink seems to retail at Home Depot for $115. More importantly, they also gave us (unasked) an estimate for replacing the valve where the water comes into the house, which they said was old and needed replacement but they did not tell me that there was water pouring onto the floor from it. The floor had been dry before they came, so I think probably the valve broke when they tried to turn it. Which would be understandable, except that they didn't tell me. And we only found out hours later when someone went to the basement to turn off a circuit breaker. We had someone else do the repair. Two weeks (and many emptyings of the dehumidifier) later, the floor is still damp. I emailed them about what happened and they ignored me.

Rodenhiser was to be here at my home between 1-4. At 450 pm I received a call from Rodenhiser that the technician was on his way, that he ran into some problem. I told her don't bother. Tell him not to come, that they lost the job. What should have happened is the call be made earlier and give me a choice of coming or reset another appointment. I will never use them!!
