Description of Work: scheduled service call for a/c. when I paid, they called and said it would be two months for service. check before you buy!!!

Description of Work: came out to do the yearly PM on the central air unit. The tech was really nice and curtious. Was fast and changed the filter. Only complaint was that he stepped on some of the plants near the compressor.

Description of Work: Came by and started the diagnostic (95$) that can't be applied to the coupon. Turn the A/C on at the thermostat. Went outside and open up the A/C unit. 10 minutes later, told me that the unit was beyond help and that I needed a new unit. It wasn't what I expected, seeking second opinion. Did not turn the AC off at the thermostat, found out a day later when I hear fan noise and realized it was blowing warm air for 2 days

Description of Work: I submitted my request for fixing my A/C fan on Saturday and received their response on Monday. They arrived at my condo as scheduled on Wednesday. However, they could not reach the roof where the A/C outside unit is located with the ladder they had at that time. They were very friendly and trying to reschedule. I understood that safety is priority and it was dangerous to climb to the roof with a ladder that is not suitable. Surprisingly, I later found that the A/C fan was working again and no longer need the service.

Description of Work: We called them for an estimate. The estimate was way too high plus they sad they would charge do me an estimate!! I did not use them!!

Description of Work: This was a 2nd visit to install a fixture on my new kitchen faucet set-up. The first time installation, the technician didn't have the correct feature. I have service contracts with this company and in general have been satisfied with most work, though prices seem high. Probably my issue: when I buy something I haven't needed in a long time, I'm surprised at all the prices!

Description of Work: This was a total evaluation and tune up of a concrete radiant heating system which had been in place 15 years. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for the furnace tune up. Our furnace is old and need to be updated, we just let him know that we were aware and there was no further discussion about changing it. Punctual and pleasant.

Description of Work: New heating system Nov 2013- Rodenhiser has been very responsive to any questions and new system expected adjustments.

Description of Work: My new gas furnace, (2 months old) stopped providing heat. Called Rodenhiser at 8:00 AM,(always talk to a live person, not a machine) a technician was at my home at 10:30 PM. Quickly fixed the problem, (a faulty filter, not a mechanical problem). No charge, great service.
