Description of Work: Based upon their high rating, I reached out to schedule an HVAC design and installation review of a new system from another contractor that is not functioning properly. | |They did not show up for the scheduled appointment and I took the afternoon off work for the service window of 12-4pm. | |I had to call to inquire what happened. Was called back 25 minutes later by someone else, apologizing and telling me the that 1 technician left early and another one broken down. I also learned that the service originally scheduled would NOT have addressed my needs in the first place, so they offered to try to get a different team in the following week, and promised a call on Monday morning around 9am. | |I didn't get a call (voicemail) until Tuesday afternoon asking to schedule a less than what I requested service call. | |I am now back to trying to find yet another HVAC company at this point. | |Extremely disappointed.

Description of Work: They installed a new high efficiency forced hot air furnace and air conditioning system. The salesman came to my house and did a complete audit and recommended the top model carrier which was about the same price as midlevel because there was a manuf.rebate for early spring. They came when they said and completed the work in timely fashion. The office supplied me with all the paperwork for environmental rebates and told me how to file. They had the best warranty (3yrs labor, 10 parts - other cos were 1 or 2 yrs labor). I've had a few issues which they resolved promptly.

Description of Work: Kept rebooking the appointment last minute, kept not showing. Horrible responsiveness, and terrible etiquette on the phone. I'd strongly recommend considering someone else. Wasted 2 days waiting around for them, including one day of PTO + 1 weekend day-- I had to track them down both times.

Description of Work: We have a very different cooling system and Rodenhiser was fantastic. The customer service agent asked the right questions and got a technician out that understood the system. He identified a number of problems, fixed them and the system is working better than it has at any point in the 12 years that it has been installed.

Description of Work: Replaced 5 faucets - outside and inside. Advised me on boiler repair. I had no water to 3 outside faucets and learned that the shut off inside the house was corroded. They saved me some future issues since the shut off and the laundry faucet are on the same line.

Description of Work: Rodenhiser plumbing and heating installed a ductless mini split AC system in our newly renovated house. The entire experience from dealing with the initial estimate and planning to the installation was handled professionally. Every member of the project we dealt with was pleasant, helpful, skilled and dependable. We would recommend Rodenhiser without hesitation. Our new air conditioning system is perfect for our needs and was one of the few aspects of renovating our house that was stress free thanks to the folks at Rodenhiser.

Description of Work: .Had yearly tune-ups done on my air conditioner and my hot air gas furnace. The work was done effectively and efficiently. Cost was reasonable- around $260.00 for both tune ups. I signed up for the yearly HV maintenance plan and the AC maintenance plan- $20.00 per month for yearly tune-ups.

Description of Work: Provided maintenance to two boilers. The technician arrived promptly and was very polite. He checked the boilers and explained his finding every step of the way. He also explained how it works and how to keep it in working conditions. | |I was very happy with the service that decided to buy the maintenance program. I have been on the phone with the main office and they have been also wonderful. I highly recommend them.
