Description of Work: Annual service check of furnace installed originally by company. As there was no work needed, he also performed a very quick repair on a running toilet. They are always prompt, professional and courteous. VERY pleased with them.

Description of Work: Needed a completely new AC system for 2nd floor of house. Rodenheiser was a big more expensive, but had much better options. Issues with install. First, it took almost three days when we were told it would take one day. It was hot so they had to scramble to provide portable AC units. I think they forgot about the inspection as they got it done months later. And the new blower worked poorly when we switched over to heat - which they did come out an correct quickly.
