They are expensive but they are very good. They charge us $7.50 a month and they go around and check everything every few months. The only thing is that they don't take it off the bill. I told the guy to be careful of the outside faucets because I needed to turn them on and he said that if I needed them to be repaired it would be $250 which I thought was a lot of money. To do the work on the hoses, they charged $350 but the hoses are very good. They have done a lot of work for us but everything has cost a lot even when they gave the discount. They do give discounts but it is only a few dollars. We have to think twice before we have any work done. The majority of the work has been good stuff. They are pretty professional. We would use them again unless we can get somebody cheaper but with the same quality. We are going to try to do things ourselves because our budget is tight. We compared their price on a water heater and they were high.

They were really great. It was my first time using them and I thought they were very responsive and thorough. They were a little more expensive but they were very reliable. They came when they said they were coming and I think the slightly higher cost was worth it because I knew I could count on them. They were fabulous! I would definitely use them again in the future.

It's been fine. They're punctual, honest and deliver what they say they're going to deliver.

Very good! There was nothing bad at all. When they came in, they were professional, clean, courteous and polite. You would feel comfortable having them work in your home.

Well, it is not done yet because they had to deal with Wellesley Historical with which they did an excellent job. I have only good things to say about Rodenhiser particularly (because this is my experience) with a yearly heating maintenance and repair contract. They respond quickly, everyone there is professional and friendly, they keep working on a problem until it is figured out. In my experience they go above and beyond to try to solve an issue and improve the heating for the house.

They were punctual and professional and clean. The gentleman who came had to come in and out of my condo and put on shoe covers each time he entered my unit. The work was done as expected and the gentleman answered all my questions. I felt confident enough in the quality of the company, that I purchased their annual maintenance plan.

We had an excellent experience with Rodenhiser. We called on a Thursday morning after realizing our AC was not working. We had called another place first and were told no one could come until the end of July! When we called Rodenhiser they moved some things and wee able to come the next day. Matt arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue (mice had chewed through the wires). He was upfront that our unit was at the end of its life and recommended that we fix the wiring to get it working but hold off on replacing other parts since the entire unit would need to be replaced in a year or two. I asked for a cleaning as well and he gave us a deal for both. He was very professional and did a great job.

Service company and I could not come together on a good date. I'll revisit the topic later in the year with another or this service provider. My window of availability closed.

I don't know that the company is the lowest price option, but they seemed pretty reasonable and did quality work. The only reason I didn't give an A on the quality is that they didn't seal effectively where some of the pipes go into the house from the exterior (they replaced all of those tubes/pipes as part of their work) - and we actually had hornets get into that opening and build a nest in our basement ceiling - which we had to have professionally removed at a pretty substantial cost (by the time we saw them getting into the basement and home, the nest was pretty huge in the ceiling). On the positive side, the AC/Heat has worked very well, but this kind of detail should not be overlooked. Everything else they did was very professional and quality, so I have to assume this was atypical.

Plumber called before he came to let me know what time he would come showed up on time found the problem and fixed the shut off.Very polite, went right to work and cleaned up after. I've used this provider before, someone always answers the call and they come out right away in an emergency or the next day. They may be a little higher than some plumbers but there is no "phone tag" trying to get ahold of some body when you need them.

Went very well, they cleansed the system and also gave us opinion on the life of the system left and possible new systems that are available if we need to replace.

Seemed expensive for what I'd imagine the parts cost and labor to be, but the work was done promptly and as far as I can tell correctly. Subsequent annual maintenance of our air conditioning system (coil integrated with this furnace, uses same ductwork) did not identify any items requiring service.

Very professional-approx 75% more than all other estimates

Rodenhiser listened to the issue I had with our kitchen sink and was very upfront and thoughtful about what the problems could be. While he were more than willing to come out, he was very upfront on the fact that they would have to charge a fee for the trip. To save me money, he recommended that I look at a couple things on my own and talk to the faucet manufacturer. I did that, was able to figure out things myself and fix it for virtually no cost!

They've been my go-to plumbers and heating experts for years. Last year, after shopping around for estimates, I asked them to install a completely new HVAC system in our home. It was an expensive job, but at every step I was very clear on what they were doing and why. Since that installation, the new system has needed several adjustments, which has been a little frustrating, but I am always impressed by their professionalism and straight answers. If they don't know the answer to a problem, they'll find out. And they won't charge if they are still on the learning curve for a new system. I've been very happy with their work over the years, both in plumbing and heating.

The technician was prompt, and got to the root of the issue quickly and repaired the unit.

Overall they did a great job. We had them install two hybrid air/heat pump units in our house along with creating additional vents/ducts. The guys that did the work were professional, polite, and even put up with our three year old following them around. The system works wonderfully. This company was definitely more expensive than other quotes we received, however the quality was worth the expense. Our only concern is that the the salesman who worked with us really talked up the efficiency of the heat pump to be installed. He said that our oil usage would be much lower than it turned out to be. We used the MassSave program which required a lot of paperwork for rebates and financing. Joy, in administration, did a great job submitting the papers quickly. We also needed help with the thermostat once we changed from a/c to heat and someone came right out to the house and made sure the system was working properly, then explained the thermostat and answered my questions, no charge.

BUYER BEWARE this company has no problems using parts you purchased an then charging you for them - they send unprepared drivers to complete repairs. I will never use them again an have warned all my neighbors not to waste their time calling.

They were timely, but a little pricey.
