We’ve used them in the past. Everything was fine with them. In fact we’re thinking about calling them back again because things are getting older, and it needs to be replaced and repaired. They tend to be on the high end price wise. Their price is average for the business. They did the job quickly and efficiently. We think they are well worth the price. The service went fine the last time. The particular person who came out was very good. He answered all of the questions that we had. He explained a lot about what he was doing and what we needed to do. We like that type of service. They were very good and they came right out. They showed up when they were supposed to.

On both occasions Chuck worked quickly and efficiently. Job well done...a pleasant experience.

The Rodenhiser crew was on time, or a little early, got started before the contractors arrived, so it was all efficiently done. The filling contractor got that part of the work done early, so that the Rodenhiser crew was able to complete their work with the furnace within less than 2 hours total. Their work was complete, properly done, and punctual.

As above. They will not even quote ranges without you paying for a service call. And I was paying for their preferred prices and annual checks.

These guys were outstanding from my first contact by phone, rapid response to inspect problem and set up a work date, calling me confirming my work date and time, on-time arrival to work, personable professionals and detailed completion of the task and cleanup. Plumbing service rates are expensive, as this was, but with this company I feel I got my money's worth and more.

The job went very well. I had considered Solar City for this installation. A caveat: Solar City was doing more than just installing solar panels at that time. Since July 2013, they have stopped doing such work. Anyway, I had nothing but trouble with Solar City all the way through. But I was sold on the heat pump to replace my oil burner because we do not have gas on the street. Just before I signed with Solar City, I found Rodenhiser. It was the best decision I ever made. From the sales person, to the scheduler to the work crew it was an excellent experience. They are professional, responsive and thorough. The crew was in my house for 2 weeks - and I work at home. They were all over the house installing ducts but I never felt they were in the way. They were considerate at all times. I can't say enough about them. Their follow up service has been excellent as well. I'm glad I found them!!

This was a complex, expensive installation with both of the air handlers located in the attic (one in a particularly difficult location) thereby restricting access through a pull down stairway. The outside compressors are large units (compared to the previous AC units) but unlike those AC units, incredibly quiet (about the level of a moderate conversation when running flat out while at a low speed [generally the situation], one can stand next to the running unit and hear a whisper - simply amazing). Existing electrical and data supply lines (needed for the air handlers and thermostats, respectively) were inadequate and posed unexpected challenges requiring followup visits and additional remedial attention beyond the originally scheduled one week installation period (although both units were thankfully running by the end of the week). These difficulties were handled by Rodenhiser and their electrical sub with professionalism, reasonable promptness (our vacation interceded and exacerbated scheduling difficulties), a smile if not generosity. We felt (and feel) like valued customers and are pleased with the results; the units look and function great, ALL aspects of the installation are of the highest calibre and we now look forward to savings in heating oil expenditures to rapidly recover the heat pump 'premium' over simple AC units. On retrospect if we were to 'redo' the project, we would not change anything (except perhaps the timing of our vacation so that all work could be completed in a single 'go'!).

They replaced the valves and every thing works great now. They came back when I had a problem with the insinkerator. But it tlurned out not to; have a problem. Al/though they came out, I wasn't charged for the visit because they were in the neighborhood,

Showed up a few minutes early. Performed shower upgrades in a quick time even though their were some issues getting the old units out.

Everything went well. As you might be doing, it is a stressfull engagement finding a contractor you trust and determining which units are good and trusted. I had three quotes and after comparing size, efficiencies and capabilities, they were really all within the same price range. One place, Meacham, I never heard back from. All offered to work with the MassSave program for the 0% for 7 year option. This really went smoothly in the end. I had heard and read reviews on Rodenhiser, everything from overpriced to not responsive. My brother used them for their boiler replacement and had a good experience, but a family friend also used Meacham and had a good experience. In the end, I used Rodenhiser because the sales person, Ryan Brooks, followed up. Meacham did try to upsell me on a new whole house humidifier, which we just installed because I wasn't sure how well it was working. Ryan felt with a more efficient system this one would be fine, and he also didn't know about the other persons recommendation. I liked all the reasoning Ryan had for everything, it sounded "sound". Only negative comment, was that we could not get the installation scheduled as timely as I would have liked. This was probably because they wanted to wait until the financing was approved (because I made the deal conditional on the MassSave financing). Once I provided my credit card, they booked installation within the next week. I actually used my CC to pay for the entire cost and then paid myself back, so that worked out well. Overall, I liked the process, people and price. I still don't know if the deal was "good" compared to others, but I feel good about it and that is all that matters.

We had a lot of problems with our installation, resulting in weekly break-downs of our brand-new A/C system for the first 7 weeks of owning it. Definitely not what we were expecting given how much we paid and the fact that we continuously had service people out to "fix" the system. We were told that the problems stemmed from manufacturing issues with the product and not the installation. The office staff were fine to deal with and the service staff they sent out were very professional. I had issue with the fact that we had so many issues with both units over an extended period of time. Dan was accommodating and gave us a small rebate of a portion of what we paid to compensate us for our problems, which I did appreciate.

They are very good and very professional. They even clean their feet when they come in which is greatly appreciated. They have come here during storms where you could hardly drive. I've had very good luck with them and continue to use them. They are not the cheapest plumbers around for sure; however, they are really, really excellent. I think if I have a really simple job to do, I would probably hire somebody else. But I would hire them definitely for something complicated or for a big job or anything like that.

They were wonderful. Their staffs are usually friendly and polite. They're a little pricey.

It was part of the maintenance plan that we purchased as part of the install which was probably close to $15,000 or $18,000. They seemed to be a little higher priced but given all the other things in this day and age, I would give them an 'A' on their price.
