From first call on Sunday night until service was completed Monday afternoon every interaction was positive polite and professional. The dispatchers understood the urgency of my situation and worked to get me in their schedule. Once I was scheduled I was called when the technicians were on their way. The techs quickly assessed the problem and provided a fixed price for the repairs. They helped me understand what caused the problem and things to consider going forward. I will definitely use Rodenhiser going forward.

All went well with the service call at the home of a family member who happens to be a 98 year old woman. The service member’s professionalism stood out most, and was very meaningful to all of us concerned. Also, the job was done right. Thanks for the quick response and excellent service.
