Description of Work: My pool filter broke. I called and asked if they could fix my filter before the pool would be closed. They said no problem. I waited, and called again telling them without a filter, my water was starting to turn green. They said they would send someone. Someone came and reported my filter was not working. I waited and called again and asked if they were too busy closing pools to come fix my filter. I spoke with the owner John Farrel. He promised he would help me. Nothing happened. I called again and asked if they really were going to come, as so many weeks had gone by. My water was now dark green and I wanted to clear it up before closing. I was promised an appointment. Two guys show up to close my pool and know nothing of my broken filter. |They did a fine job closing the pool, but I was misled as I did not want to close it with black water. I had no choice at that point. Terrible experience. Strung me along for more than a month. I stuck with them because they are located near my home.
