Stephen and Wendel's crew at Key Waterproofing Construction did an excellent job in waterproofing my basement with cement. They were extremely professional, and superfast. Completed the job in five hours, had a crew of six, to completed a foundation of 200 sq ft. The price was right and job was impeccable, crew left the site nice and clean.

Key Waterproofing Construction came back and made good on the return of money and went above and beyond by giving an extra added 2 years of maintenance, I highly recommend the company for anyone there.

I have waited a couple of months to write this. I wanted to make sure we had a couple of big storms, and some melting snow. I have had water in my basement since the day I bought my house. This company came down after having feet of water in my basement. told me the issue and how to solve it. I can now say I am water free. I am so happy with the service they provided. I was very pleased with Key Waterproofing. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and honest. He gave us good suggestions and there were no surprises. The team came in on time and was courteous and professional and efficient. Wendell was very involved and supervised the project well. He communicated with me at least 6 times between scheduling, follow-up and removal of materials. It was easy to text him and he followed up. We have had a lot of water recently and the pump is working and the basement is dry unlike before. I would recommend Key Waterproofing.

We always had significant amounts of water coming in after heavy rain and snow melt but have not had any flooding issues since the work was completed. It was a relief to see a dry basement after the first heavy rain. The crew worked quickly and the price was reasonable. Wish we had hired them sooner.

Wendell and his crew did an excellent job by digging and installing the waterproofing system and waterproofing wall barriers. They sealed everything with cement and the basement is now free of any moisture or water. Great job!

Key Waterproofing did a fantastic job correcting my basement water issue. They assessed the water leak, provided a quote for the work and resolved the issue within the next few days. Started and completed the work in 1 day just before an upcoming rain storm. System works as planned and basement was dry following a 2+ inch rain storm!

Very good at what they do.. Also helped us shore up sagging insulation over a crawl space they encapsulated. . Even with heavy rains and melting snow basement is dry. Cleaned up all the rubble too. Felt good about the whole project from initial contact thru finish. Wendell & the guys did a great job and didnâ  t have to wait long at all after Ed came out for estimate.

Initially it was a pleasure to work with Key waterproofing construction. I hired them to water proof my basement. The work was done BUT, The only thing is the amount of money initially agreed upon changed and I was asked for more funds prior to my project being completed. An oil tank was also removed from by basement and was never returned . The tank has been outside for weeks in the rain and snow. When asking if you can put the item back, I was ignored. Now I have to find help to assist with this putting the oil tank back in the basement.. I've been taken advantage of as a single home owner and quite frankly tired of paying for services that don't get fully completed or additional work that I as the consumer have to take care of. Also after project done I was informed that a dehumidifier was included , when initially it was .
