They came out quickly on a Sunday and work started on that Monday. I couldnâ  t find a better price. They work was quick and they clean up really good after themselves. My basement is finally waterproof and I have had several rains since itâ  s been installed. Finally a dry basement and peace of mind. Highly recommended!

I would give more than 5 stars for this team & company because they were very punctual in time, their work ethics, their responsibility of delivering the committed job and I never over looked what they were doing through out the whole project. I hired the Key Waterproofing in November and targeted to start the work on December 2nd, 2023. Early morning around 7 am on 2nd Dec, I met Wendel Touisant who is the Project Manager. He explained the workplan, time table, mutual expectations, care after work completion etc. Wendel worked with his expert guys who completed the water proofing project on time as he targeted. After completion of the work, we surveyed the work and he assured me that my basement will never get a single drop of water ever which company provided a warranty certificate. During January/February of 2024, there were plenty of rain & flooding across North Attleboro vicinity but NOT even a single drop of water in my basement. I would definitely recommend the Key Waterproofing company.

After living in this house for 38 years ( original owner), I was surrounded with trees. All trees are gone and I'm now at the bottom of a hill the builder made for new houses. Have 2 sump pumps with never having water in a finished basement, now when it rains we get water. Call Ed, he came right out and we signed a contract with an open installation date. After last storm Ed put us on priority list, crew come in and jackhammer around the basement and installed a French drain and added a 3rd pump. Job was finished in 2 days, all trash and cleaning done. Wendel came by to check on the work, we are waiting for a couple of finishing items ( pump cover and outside drain pipe finish ). These 2 guys were amazing with the amount of cement that had to be taken out, the stone carried in 5 gallon buckets, the mixing of cement to repair the floor. We gave them lunch and whatever they needed for drinks. I see a few bad reviews on this company but I would say it's the customer looking for too much perfection. This company is great with their prices, warranty, and their very hard working employees, Ed always responded when calling with questions or concerns.

I highly recommend Key Waterproofing. I have a main basement and a small storage basement. Both flood every time it rains. Our drainage was not working and we called Key Waterproofing. Ed and Wendell along with their team were fantastic. The job was finished within the timeframe we were given and the price was very good compared to their competitors. Overall we are very happy with the results.

We were worried about the cement dust covering everything in our basement as they dug up the floor to install a French drain system. I watched them carefully tape up plastic sheeting just at I described. They were thorough and very pleasant to work with.

Did a great job, they still have to come back and finish the outdoor work when the weather permits.

Great people, great work. Super professional and really detailed oriented. They leave the place really clean. On the down side: they are not the best communicators in terms of scheduling in advance until they have an opening to get the job done. But when they start they speed up and are super efficient! I definitely recommend.

Wendell installed a drainage system for me and has returned to maintain it. He and his team know their stuff! They scheduled me quickly, were responsive to my calls/messages, and educated me about the system and it's care. I highly recommend Wendell and Key Waterproof.

I would advise that there be more communication, and that the quote be accurate, it was not.

Ed was very well informed, explained what needed to be done, what didn’t need to be done and why in a clear way . My only complaint was that he was hard to get ahold of and vague about when his crew would be there. But they did get to the job within three weeks ( everyone else’s basement flooded too so the crews were very busy last summer) and completed the work quickly. The system works so hopefully the basement will stay dry. Their price was quite reasonable as well.
