They are not very good with keeping to the schedule, but the technician who came to do the job did an excellent job. It was not trivial to locate the outlet of dryer vent in my unit and the guy did not gave up on me, came twice to find the solution and perform the job perfectly. I recommend them for work quality and persistence.

Followup to my earlier 5 star rating. After we had the service tech visit, we realized that Vernon had issued an invoice with an additional charge for a service we did not end up using. We paid the full amount before realizing this. I contacted Vernon and he immediately sent out a refund for the overcharge. We really appreciated his honesty and responsiveness.

John let me know when he was in the neighborhood. He found a solution to our high vent outlet by going through a window. He cleared out all the gunk and explained while he was going, also cleaning out the dryer. He then consulted with us on installing an external vent and annual cleaning. He took off his shoes coming in the house, and tidied up and put everything back afterwards. Very nice and helpful. We're very happy with this company.

They need to be more honest and responsible for the work they do. I had inspect after they completed the job and found there were 3 other vents that weren't clean at all after mentioning this to them they got them clean. I wouldn't recommend to anyone due to many experience.

This was a very difficult job due to a poorly installed dryer vent that took multiple twists and turns... the tech went above and beyond to completely take apart every elbow and clean probably 25 feet of venting.. he took apart and moved a built- in obstruction while never complaining. My only complaint would be that the quoted .price was nearly doubled upon completion.

Vernon was prompt, reliable, nice and reasonable. He did the work as promised. I'd call him this company again.
