Earth Green Dryer Vent & Duct Cleaning

I enjoyed working with Earth Green. They cleaned my dryer vent for the agreed upon price, which was lower than the other quotes I got. The guy even arrived early. Would use them again.

Vernon responded promptly and patiently answered all my questions. He showed up the next day on time, cleaning the dryer vent thoroughly, including the dryer itself and outside vent outlet. Now my dry time has been cut by 50% already. He is also a pleasant person to talk to, showing me how things are done. Highly recommended and will hire him to do our air duct cleaning in the next few weeks.

Vernon was thorough, professional, and personable. Removed a lot of dust, etc from forced air system and cleared out a dangerous amount of lint from the dryer. (Bought the house last year; should have had this done right away!) I've put Vernon and Earth Green on Google calendar for both services in the future. Reasonably priced, btw!

I got my dryer vent cleaned in preparation for delivery of a new dryer. The tech performed the service in 20 minutes. After he left I went to look at the vent and noticed black tape on the vent. He perforated the vent and did not tell me. When the dryer delivery came, they went to hook up the vent and it fell apart where the patch was made. The cleaning was a waste of money. I would not use this company again.

Vernon was exceptional - he was timely and responsive! We needed a new hose connected from our dryer to vent outside. Sounds like an easy job, however, the hose was in a small crawl space under kitchen. Vernon was resourceful and figured out how to make it work! Oh - and when I say timely he came the day after my first post! THANK YOU Vernon!
