Earth Green Dryer Vent & Duct Cleaning

He was extremely efficient and checked the dryer and interior hookup.

We were very pleased with Earth Green dryer vent and duct cleaning company. Jeff serviced our house and he was very good at his job. He spent an appropriate amount of time on each vent and I was surprised at how much stuff he got out of them. I will recommend this company for efficiency and value.

Appointment was for 1 pm. Got a call from Vernon at 1 that he wouldn't be there until 2:15 and that Vernon forgot to give him the insurance certificate I wanted to see. Vernon promised to send me the insurance certificate via email when he got back to the office. Never received it. The guy who came was very professional and worked very hard. While he had a very powerful HEPA vacuum, he did not put plastic over the registers he wasn't cleaning so the negative air pressure was minimal. He did use a rotary brush and small shop vac to dislodge the dust. None the less, where I could see, the ducts were very clean. He finished about 6:30 and overall I was pleased with the job. Couldn't beat the price.

Initial person I spoke with at the Company said they were familiar with Concord but he was 30 minutes late; he knocked over things in my house, very sloppy. He stated my appliance didn't work but there was no issue with it (he wasn't familiar w/unit), left a mess and workman like habits were very poor- he was consistently talking to me or himself and noisy. He did clean the dryer vent out. I wouldn't have him again, I've had good luck with Home Advisor, generally

Vernon and Damon were there when they said they would be... They were very professional and worked without a lot of disruption to the household... They cleaned the ducts and fogged my crawl space with an antiseptic and mold killer... All in all a very nice job...

Earth Green was fabulous. Polite, professional and very efficient. I was shocked at how much dust build up came from the ducts. I moved into a new house last year and wonder why my heat and cooling was taking so long and so dusty. It was a hot and humid day but that didn't stop Vernon and his helper from doing a thorough job. I will highly recommend Earth Green to everyone who needs this service. most of the floorboards and the stairs were scuffed up from the workers boots. for $325 they did not even replace the filters or throw away the old ones at least.
