The owner, Vernon, was personable and helpful on the phone, explained what the service entailed and some of the options, provided an estimate, was in communication to verify the appointment, showed up on time, was efficient, polite and tidied up after the work was completed.

I hired their expertise and wish they would have told me they found birds nest all over so we could put cages on all of vents. I think they lacked communication. They are the pros I am not.

I thought they did a good good cleaning the vents. They were efficient. Over all they were very good and I would refer them but I would also say they re expensive. This may be relative to me not ever having this to experience having ducts and vents cleaned out before. They did a good job on the rugs also. I would reccommend them
