The technician was kind and professional, and he did a great job!

Scheduled them the day before I needed a service to clean my dryer ducts. The tech had a lot more work to do than we anticipated and he did a great job considering the situation at hand. Communicated the level of work needed, showed us pictures, and gave us some best practices to maintain our dryers longer.

my allergies were terrible, I lived in this house for four years, and knew it was 62 years old , so I figured I would have the vents cleaned and within a day I noticed the difference! Professional, on time with job well Done

Initially spoke with Vernon, who was very nice and professional. Very up front with what the job entailed and how much it would cost and how long it would take. Lorenzo was the technician who was assigned to do my job. He texted to let me know he was leaving his last job and on his way to my house from Natick, MA. Very professional and tolerant of my rambunctious dog who wanted to make friends. He kept updating when he was done with one room and on his way to the next. He finished in the allotted time that I was told it would take. I would use Earth Green again.

Lorenzo came on Wed. 3/22/2023. He was coming back on Sat. 3/25/2023 to clean the outside dryer vent. Did not call or SHOW UP. Outside dryer vent still needs a cleaning. Do you only show positive reviews? Waste of money. I need my money back.

Lorenzo arrived late due to Boston traffic. He was personable and informative and did a thorough job of cleaning my dryer vent and dryer cabinet. I would definitely hire Earth Green again!

When they left the furnace was not operating, I had to call them back. When they cleaned the furnace the safety interlock switch was damaged. My HVAC rep lives next door and he had to bypass the switch and order me a new one.

Lorenzo and Scott were very professional and personable. They explained the process and did a thorough job. I couldn’t have asked for more.
