My home is spotless! Kristen and her employees came in, cleaned everything, including moving and cleaning under appliances, etc. They were professional, friendly, and did a phenomenal job! Kristen had me check everything out before they left; I found one small thing they missed and they completed it right away. The women are meticulous and very careful about insuring that everything is put back in its proper place. I would recommend them to anyone and will have them back!

I called to get a quote. She acted like she was working in a fast food restaurant and taking to long to speak.

Absolutely loved Kristen and her team. Kristen was easy to communicate with, showed up on time, and delivered exactly what she said she would. She cleaned my house from top to bottom in a flash. I will definitely be calling her again for my home cleaning needs.

My experience with her was good. I was trying to get cleaning done every six weeks, but she wouldn’t do every six weeks. She would only do every week, three weeks or a month. The cost is $150 for each cleaning and it is for two and a half hours. She has two to three people with her. They did a good job. But their flexibility as far as being able to schedule cleaning that I want is a little bit inflexible for me. The people who did the work were very friendly. I would use them again in the future.

Ms. McIntosh was promt in getting back to me about a quote but before I could even describe my house she was interrupting me saying, you have a finished basement and attic and lots of bathrooms, right? All I said was the square footage and all of that information was wrong. As I tried to correct her she again interrupted me and said the rooms were really big, right? Before I could answer, she told me it would take 3-4 girls over 9 hours to do an initial clean. She said she was very good so she could charge that much. She had never even seen my house and could not have heard enough to make an accurate assessment. So besides the price being ridiculous, I felt she was rude. I did not hire her and now have someone cleaning my house that does a good job and charges a fraction of the cost.

Wonderful. The young women were prompt, polite, worked effeciently and did a thorough job. They handled extras without a complaint, and my home looked and smelled clean and fresh when they left.

Kristen & her team are fantastic. They are they best home cleaners I have ever used because they have never let me down on promises on promised dates and services.

Kristen and her team do a good job. They are punctual and efficient. They will efficiently clean the dog fur off my couch and clean my kitchen and do my bathroom but where I'm really impressed is their skillful cleaning of the floors in my house. I am always happy to walk barefoot at home after Kristen's crew has been there. If you would like anything additional cleaned or special attention given to an area you need to let her know- but your request will be accommodated. I am happy with the service Kristen and her crew provide- although she is expensive. (You can get a similar service from The Maids but I'd much rather support a local business.

Kristen McIntosh started her housecleaning business by herself. They do a great job, but here's the problem. Now listen to this. Angie's List calls me one time after I got Kristen and I was using them for awhile. I called her terrific and stuff. She ended up getting more business because of my review. She can't handle all that business. She's stretching out here, there and everywhere. The money is great for her, but she's not as good as they used to be. Now, it's like a step below excellent. She's very good. I'm happy with my work.

Overall it was a great job and my husband and I were so happy. Our company even commented on how "great" the house looked!

Kristen and her team sure really really great at what they do. This lovely team of women are right on time, absolutely a pleasure to work with and overall I have had not one negative thought about their services. The first time of cleaning was about 200.00. And it was totally worth it. My house sparkled like never before. After that I asked for every other week. I would leave them a key because I would be at work. They always put key back. Upon opening the storm door I could smell the clean fragrance of my home. Such a joy to walk into. I feel really fortunate to have found a cleaning service like Kristen MacIntosh's. very personalized service and such a nice person. I recommend her service to anyone that is tired of the same old cleaning. This is above and beyond.

She was charging $45/per person per hour; she charged for two girls. I negotiated a slightly lower price. She has no idea how to run a business. She?s not educated. She?s price gouging. She?s been holding onto my checks for weeks at a time which is unacceptable & unprofessional. A couple weeks ago she said she was sending someone out to clean for me that I hadn't met before. She told me it was my responsibility to contact that person - not hers! It was her employee! I was giving her trust & money to take care of my home & I feel I've been taken advantage. I also caught her rushing people out of my apartment under the designated amount of time. She would show up, let 2 people in the house & then come back 45 minutes later (not an hour as agreed), & yelled through the door for the ladies to hurry & finish up! She was very defensive when I brought this up to her. She's got a very cocky attitude. People need to know about this. I just don't trust her. And the cleaning isn't all that great either! I really did try to give her the benefit of the doubt but this last situation really through me for a loop.

She does a very good job at cleaning for me. She cleans the whole house.

She is responsive & does a great job, as do her helpers.

Kristen walked through the house with me--she is full of energy, pleasant, and all business. Her two assistants followed along, as Kristen instructed them of who would be doing what. While they cleaned, they were constantly checking in with each other, really taking pride in doing a perfect job. In less than 2 hours, the house was shining, clean, grime gone! Mops, duster, vacuum, and attention detail of the entire crew was amazing. I wish I'd called her sooner!

The house had not been cleaned in forever - a big, dusty Victorian with a smelly old dog and not the tidiest of families. Kristen responded quickly to my voicemail - came out to look at the house to give an estimate and to discuss what needed to be done, then scheduled a date for cleaning right on the spot. Cleaning went perfectly - great attention to detail, and went above and beyond the job discussed. Have had them come twice a month since the initial clean, and have been very happy with both the price and the quality. Would be happy to recommend this cleaning service - Kristen's responsiveness and follow-up on my few questions and concerns have been both professional and very much appreciated

They were prompt in responding to my inquiry and were prompt to our first appointment.

After checking Angie's List and because of her high ratings, I called Kristen to schedule a thorough house cleaning. She answered her phone immediately and called back within 2 hours to schedule an appointment. She called 2 days prior to the appointment to verify services requested, time and address. On the day and exact time, she and her "power team" arrived for what she called a "top to bottom" cleaning. They were able to clean a complex double leaded glass coffee table for which I am very grateful. My home is spotless and smells so nice. I am thrilled with the results. I plan to call Kristen in April 2012 when I return fro Florida. I will need her sevices regularily since I am scheduled for surgery in May. My thanks to you Kristen and your team.

She is wonderful and the price is for two people for one hour. I would like her price to be a little cheaper but what she does is worth the money. I will use her again in the future.

I emailed Kristen inquiring about cleaning and she responded the same night. We spoke over the phone and I explained my situation; I had an old house that needed a deep clean. I expressed my desire for a cleaning prior to the holidays. She told me she would get back to me with some dates but that she could guarantee it would be done by Christmas. Within two days she called me and two days later she was at my door. She did everything that I'd asked and more. My house hasn't been this clean...I think, ever. She is pleasant, professional and somewhat perfectionistic when it comes to her work. We will definitely be using her again.

Was on time, came with 2 others, and cleaned top to bottom. She will come monthly from now on.

Kristen turned over an apartment in my two family in between renters. She was able to get the job scheduled and completely quickly. We never met face-to-face but she was great to work with over the phone. Prompt with returning calls and professional.

We were so happy with the job Kristen did and will be using her for a long time to come. When I came in the house I could instantly smell how great a job she did cleaning and walking around to take a look revealed she did a very thorough job getting in all the nooks and crannies. Very very happy with what a great job Kristen did; would highly reccomend her!

Kristen came early with an assistant. We went over what was to be cleaned and what was not to be cleaned. Kristen created the work flow plan. Divided the work. cleaned efficiently and well. During the cleaning, Kristen would ask clarification questions. When finished, I did a walk through. This cleaning was for my daughter's wedding. We are having many people staying before and after the wedding and needed help getting the house in order. Kristen did a great job. Highly recommend.

I got her name from Angies List. I like her professionalism. She does a great job of cleaning. She will modify the way she does things if there is something that you don't particularly care for. I would continue to use her services and definitely recommend her to others.
