I have been a client of Kristen's for several years. Kristen is very responsive and always checking in to make sure I am satisfied with the work or if there are any areas in the house that need special attention. I can count on Kristen and her crew being on time and doing a great job.

Kristen always does a great job. She is very flexible working within our schedule and focusing on areas of our house that need extra attention. Her crew and her work very hard and are thorough. She is punctual and honest with every transaction, never over charges and even returns money if the cleaning is quick.

Kristen and her crew have been cleaning my house for over 2 years and I’ve been extremely happy with the work they do. She is always extremely accommodating if I need a slight change in the schedule and if there is ever any area that needs special attention I just need to let her know and she’s on top of it.

3.5 years ago, I hired Kristen (off Angie's List) to clean my house every other week, and have never thought about changing. I had a past experience with a cleaner who would cancel at the last minute (when in-laws were coming and I was counting on a clean house!) and needed someone reliable. She not only cleans my house (WAY) better than I could/would do myself, but in all these years she hasn't canceled or changed once with less than a week's notice (even that has happened maybe twice), and has even accommodated my occasional schedule changes without blinking an eye. She texts the day before she's coming to confirm that the timing works, and sometimes even texts me after the cleaning with things like, "FYI, caulk in the kids' tub needs fixing before you have a mildew problem!" (OOPS! VERY helpful- I haven't looked in that tub in 3.5 years!) I appreciate her so much that recently I proactively gave her a raise, without her asking ... I felt her value to my family was worth more than she was charging! I can't recommend Kristen enough... she is honest, hard-working, down-to-earth, and she loves a perfectly clean home. When she retires, I think I may have to sell the house, since I'll never find another like her and I certainly can't do as good a job with it. ;)

Kristen and her team have been cleaning our house every other week for the past 7 years. They are always thorough, on time and Kristen always checks in to make sure we are happy! Highly recommend Kristen to anyone needing great cleaning services!

Kristen and her team had been cleaning our house in Hingham for just over a year. We recently moved to Cohasset and she and her team did an exceptional job cleaning our new house (which was definitely dirty from the last owners). She is a pleasure to work with and for someone who is very OCD about keeping things clean she and her team do excellent work! She is simply the best and I would recommend her to anyone.

The job was not done well at all. In the kitchen, the inside of the cabinerts were not cleaned at all--I had to scrub off black stuff off them, the microwave was not cleaned and the outside of the cabinets were not cleaned or dusted after I specifically said that they needed to be cleaned due to the floors being done. Stove was not cleaned well at all since. The stains that were claimed to be "not removavle" I was able to get off with a clorox wipe. The second floor was basically untouched. The floors were not done, the fans were not cleaned, and the room of my 2 year old was cleaned at all. The dust from the sanded floors got everywhere and altough this was pointed out to Kristen, her and her crew did not clean it off. There were some spots that were not even touched, for example bottom of cabinets, staricase, door trims, walls, fire place, light fixtures, fans, etc. We were gurantee total satisfaction and promised that after they were done, we were not going to even noticed that a different family lived here. However, we spent hours cleaning the house after we moved into it in order to start unpacking our stuff. After I contacted Kristen, she appologized for the job not being done correctly. I asked her to contact me mid August to schedule her return, but this has not happened yet and truly doubt it will.

Kristen and her staff do a great job. They came into my townhouse, which hadn't been well cleaned in months, and did a fantastic job! If you ask them to do something extra, they will. Always a smile on her face! She's very flexible if schedules need to be changed. I have hired them for an every 4 week cleaning.

Kristen and her crew are awesome! They started with what they call "the nitty gritty" clean and now clean our home on a monthly basis. They've been coming for the last 6 months or so and we couldn't be happier. Kristen is professional, responsive and thorough. I highly recommend their services!

Kristen has been cleaning my house for more than a year. She does a great job, has a great attitude, and is completely reliable. She starts our session by asking if there is anything special that needs attention and is always happy to do what needs to be done. She has a positive can-do attitude, and is a pleasure to welcome in. My kitchen floors have never been so clean!

Kristen called me back within an hour of leaving her my initial voicemail. She was able to fit me into her schedule with a little less than 1 week notice. She took the time to discuss her pricing and scope of work. Kristen did an amazing job cleaning our house. Because the house is currently under construction (and still not done), I was worried about what I would have her clean vs what to leave alone for now. We discussed my concerns when she arrived and she took the lead. She cleaned everything I asked her to focus on and then some. Kristen has a 'go getter' attitude and I really appreciated her professionalism and tenacity. Before she left, we discussed the possibility of having her back. I had already made the decision that I wanted her to return on a consistent basis, however, she was by no means pushy about coming back, which is something that I appreciate. So happy to have found Kristen on angieslist and am looking forward to having her back to clean my house.

This was our first time hiring a cleaning service, and we were reluctant both because of the cost and logistics. But we couldn't be happier. The first cleaning was a very thorough deep clean, so it was more expensive than subsequent maintenance visits - and well worth the cost. The house actually seemed brighter when they left: they were so thorough and didn't miss a spot, down to the baseboards and trim, cleaning walls - even our fireplace screen that we'd thought was permanently soot-stained, but now looks shiny and new. Kristen and team now come back every other week to clean the house, and they do such a great job. Kristen keeps in communication with text messages, responds quickly and reliably, and is always on time. And the little details are the best: she'll change our sheets as part of the cleaning, collects all of the garbage, and leaves everything in perfect shape. We have a glazed tub, and she takes special care to use a mild cleaner to protect everything. We've never had a concern about our house in Kristen's care. Beyond the great work, Kristen is so friendly and easy to work with. She's super high-energy and eager to accommodate any special requests. We asked that she change the product she used on the floor (personal scent preference) and she was more than happy to use a different cleaner. She also encouraged us, "don't clean for the cleaning lady!" and takes all of the stress out of cleaning. She is also able to flexible with scheduling if needed to accommodate us. Our ~1900 sq. ft. house costs $80 to clean every couple of weeks (after the pricier, ~$300, initial scrub). It's so worth it, saves us so much time and energy, and the house is always clean on this schedule. We'd absolutely recommend Kristen and her team to anyone!

Kristen and her crew were responsive, consistent and timely. If she was running late, she would always call or text. She was very respectful of the museum's needs and working around our tours, meetings and office time! She went above and beyond in cleaning and we were very pleased with her first visit. She has been back a few times to clean again and we have her scheduled for future cleanings as well. Some reviews on here (for cleaners in general) describe a lack of satisfaction of cleaning needs. Well if you need something in particular cleaned, or want a little more attention devoted to an area, you need to be vocal and ask. Kristen listens and adjusts her routine accordingly when we have asked for extra attention in a particular area We are very pleased with her services and the price!

I contacted Kristin about house cleaning services and she responded very promptly. We discussed her services - actually, she discussed them and I listened because she spoke so much and so quickly I couldn't get a word in. While she did quote her rates over the phone, Kristen was more interested in starting the work than she was in seeing the house first to give a proper estimate. When I insisted that she come see the house before starting the work, she agreed. However, she wasn't available to come to do an estimate at a time that was convenient for me (evenings and Saturdays). I chose not to hire her to perform services.

Kristen noticed that I had spider webs, my oak floors needed washing, she is amazing!! The first cleaning was great and the second cleaning was even better. She left my house looking like new! I have to say that I have to use a cane so what I am able to do in the way of cleaning is pretty minimal, but Kristen, was just fantastic! I recommend her highly!

The cleaners did an excellent job in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend them, and I would use them again.
