Awful attitude. I tried to set up an appointment to have my house cleaned with Kristen. After she switched times on me, something came up on my end, which led me to ask for a similar change. I was surprised to get an earful of attitude from her about how she can't deal with people switching times on her (after she canceled our initial appointment) and that she doesn't have to put up with it anymore because she is getting so many customer calls. Apparently, she didn't want or need my business and that's where I ended the call. I thought her attitude was unprofessional and unnecessary.

She did a great job. She's very thorough and positive. My house is under construction right now, there is a lot of dust and she really got all the problem areas.

Awesome job! Plan to use her services again. Arrived on time, and price was as she quoted.

KRISTINE CLEANED EVERYTHING FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. SHE CLEAN THE CEILING FAN AND WASHED AND SWEEP ALL FLOORS, AND CLEANED EVERY OTHER THING IN BETWEEN. SHE DID A GREAT JOB.

Kristen showed up early, which was ok, but a bit inconvenient as it caused us to have to rush from the closing to the house. We had asked her to clean the entire house, top to bottom as we were moving in the next day. She was upbeat, and enthusiastic, and assured us that every surface, drawer lining, and radiator would be cleaned (among all other areas of the house). We were a bit dissapointed with the overall quality at the end. The floors were shiny, and it was obvious that she vaccumed, but as we started to spot check certain areas, we were dissapointned. Running your finger along the inside of the tub left white residue on your finger (after we had told her that the tub ending up spotless was important to us), and the same went for dust on the fan blades, and the inside of the bathroom drawers. All in all, we wish we had used another cleaner, but were not totally dissatisfied as she was pleasant, fair with her price, and worked hard.

I can't say enough about how Kristen works. She is amazingly honest as well. For example, after the initial cleaning, she left me a note saying she thought the next cleaning would take 2-2.5 hours. Since she charges by the hour, I left enough money to cover a 2.5 hour cleaning. I came home that night to another note from Kristen saying it only took her 2 hours so she was leaving me the extra money that she didn't earn! In this day and age, when no one is home during the cleaning to verify time spent, who does this? This was refreshingly honest and just reinforced her amazing cleaning job!

Kristen was extremely enthusiastic and very upbeat. She came at the promised time, and did clean the house well. Our only issue was that we had asked her to use only non-toxic, green cleaning products. She did do so for the most part, but she wasn't satisfied with the results in the bathroom, so used a "regular" product there - which we weren't thrilled about since we have a small baby that takes her bath in that tub.

She is on time. She is a very hard worker. She will do anything extra I ask her to do and, overall, I would rate her very good.

She likes what she does, and she does it fast. She is very punctual and thorough. She is very friendly. She uses the products that we prefer, and she does everything to please me. She is just great.
