Eric showed up on time, explained all of the work that needed to be done & gave an estimate of time & cost. He completed the repairs in a timely & professional manner.

Very well. There were a number of unanticipated quirks to our sinks and spaces that required Mr. Watson to devise solutions, which he did, explaining everything very well and giving the options available. He was extremely responsive, punctual, polite and focused. The cost was reasonable, matched the estimate and he did a complete, quality job.

We received a few quotes on the work. Hot and Cold's plumbing was very competitive. Moreover, other local services said that it was a 2 person job. Hot and Cold did the job with 1 man within the time and at the lower end of the range of quote. His materials cost was extremely reasonable as well. I found Hot and Cold to be very respectful, polite and dutiful. Hot and Cold worked very hard. I'm not sure he took a break and never imposed on us for anything. He communicated where he ran into challenges and on the progress of the work. He also worked a little harder to keep from needing to cut into our cabinetry to get to our pipes--we had communicated to him this was OK, but on his own initiative he kept the impact of his work to a minimum. We're already trying to line Hot and Cold for more work. As first time home owners, working with them is easy, transparent, and very professional.

Eric is now our go to plumber. His commitment to service is excellent, even coming out at 6am or 8:30PM to accommodate our busy schedules. His pricing is very honest, not charging for anything he didn't have to. Quality of the work is very good with no issues so far. He is now "our plumber".

Eric is quick to repond to phone/text messages. He was punctual and very open with communicating what he was planning on doing. The job took several hrs but he made sure I was satisfied with how the filter worked and how to maintain it. He left a clean work space when he was done.

I had a problem with my bathroom shower pipe partially freezing during extreme cold temperatures. So Eric suggested I replace them with PEX piping and add insulation. On the first day on the job, Eric noticed that the pipes in my basement was galvanized piping. Since these type of pipes can rust over time we decided to replace those pipes with PEX as well. Eric was great. He fully explained everything he was going to do and completed the job on time. He referred me another professional in his network to do the insulation and wall repair. They also did a phenomenal job. I would definitely hire Eric for all future plumbing needs.

Eric was great at explaining what needed to be done and why, and working around scheduling issues with Gas company and inspections, etc. I would recommend anyone looking for plumbing work to call Eric. I have additional plumbing work needed in the future and will be calling Eric to do that work. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed initially with Eric's phone demeanor -- very respectful and earnest. He made an appointment with me to evaluate whether or not I had a more or less serious problem with a potential leak. When he arrived, Eric was equally considerate and efficient in person, expressing a knowledgeable assessment of my situation, and providing practical and reassuring advice on how I could move forward by taking simple steps on my own. Eric was only at my condominium for 10-15 minutes, and elected not to charge me anything for his visit. Fortunately, my situation turned out to be on the minor side, but I would definitely start with Eric again if I needed more involved help in the future.

Very satisfied. His work is extremely high quality and he guarantees it, returning to make adjustments when needed. He is polite, personable and easy to work with and he leaves the work area clean when finished.

Eric went above and beyond - stayed in constant contact with us to let us know where he was and to check in on our condition. The weather was extremely, bitterly cold and it was the week right after the holidays, so there was a lot to contend with.

Hire him! (Honest, punctual, courteous professional A+) Please read this review. Our copper pipes kept freezing due to poor insulation and location in our house. I called Eric based on his high reviews here on Angie's list and he didn't disappoint! I called him at 2pm one day. He was already working a job but came out to my house at 9:30pm. He recommended switching my pipes from copper to pex, then routing it closer to the house. He also had me call the town to switch my shut off valve before working. I was eager for him to start but he knew the current valve was very old and could cause much worse damage. I'm very glad we did. He scheduled to be at our house at 8:00am and was here 30 minutes before hand. He made very minimal dry wall cuts and we paid exactly what he quoted. He was extremely nice, courteous of our space and cleaned up completely after himself. I strongly recommended Eric, he will give you a fair price and do what he can to stay within his quote. Although we hope never to have a need for a plumber again, if we do we'll be calling Eric.

Couldn't have gone much better. We already had the new faucet. Eric removed the old one and installed the new one. He completely explained what he was doing, why, and what our options were. We also had a water valve in the basement that was stuck in open position. Again, Eric explained all the options and it turned out that for now, we needed to do nothing. Eric was professional and courteous throughout. Price was fair and competitive. Highly recommend.

Erik was great, gave me a couple of options. After I decided, he got to work. He covered everything, explained what he was going to do and let me know where we stood as he did the project. Then when he was done, he cleaned up, showed me what he did, explained how it now works, then gave me my options for payment, paid and we were done. He was very considerate, knowledgeable and enjoyable to deal with.

Went very well. Eric has been on time all three times. Very professional. He explain very thoroughly what is doing. The price is fair. He clean up afterward.
