Paid to have all valves replaced and am still having problems. Would not return phone calls and overall, exceptionally poor service

I had a budget put aside for the project, the quote they gave me was too high and I was able to negotiate with them to get the price to what I was comfortable paying.

Dan had his team there when they said they would be. Got the work done promptly, inspected the system and replaced a few broken heads. Top quality work. I have requested to be added to their list for System shutdown in fall.

At first, i was impressed by Dan and his work as they did a good job. Dan had told me he ran out of a few items (drip sprinklers) and would drop them off with me the first Monday after he completed the work the Saturday before. So i paid Dan in full and 3 weeks later, after multiple requests by me, and multiple excuses by Dan, still no follow up. Watch out for contractors who don't care about customer service.
