Great job installing our sprinklersâ ¦. Servicing the system is just horribleâ ¦ every appointment we ever scheduled throughout the years is a no call no show â ¦. Terrible terrible customer service . Would never do business with this company again â ¦. Once he gets your money itâ s â goodbyeâ â ¦. too bad â ¦. He is a nice guy

Great experience from Rhonda in the office right down the line with Dan and there on field techs very friendly knowledgeable group needed new valves and Wi-Fi control system installed. Scheduled me the next day very impressed considering other companies were not answering me or getting back either. System is working amazing after all there hard work price was on point as well I thought considering the parts and time they were going to have to change lot more work than I thought glad I called green by me great experience

I have used Green by Me Irrigation for a little over a year. They have helped with Winterizations & other small maintenance projects. I had them come out for a winterization last November 2022. I explained to the tech that I had a 2nd well that needed to be winterized as well, maybe 5-10 times, and he said it was all set. Fast forward to recently, I discovered that the 2nd well was not winterized at all... causing our irrigation pump to crack/break due to water in the winter. Had to pay for a whole new pump. It is frustrating because not only did they not winterize it properly in the fall (I was not watching the entire time), but they also made no effort of doing it correctly in the spring despite my asking them, again, 10 times. That is how I knew. I messaged Rhonda (who is extremely nice) who mentioned Dan would be calling me to resolve this. Unfortunately, I had to message them multiple times... and still no answer from Dan weeks later. I thought they did a great job, but I'm sadly mistaken, and now I am paying for it. And even after making a mistake, they do not make an effort to reach out and resolve it. Do not make the same mistake I did and have your system completely break down after a year of using them.

They arrived, evaluated the problem and made the necessary repairs. Dave and Kye were professional and helpful. Very pleased with service provided.

Associates arrived three hours early but we managed. Quality of work good and associates were courteous but job incomplete. Attempted contacting proprietor twice without response.

Prompt and friendly. They appeared to know what they were doing and did it at a good price. I would likely hire them in the future for any sprinkler needs.

Friendly, attentive service

We are new in the area. Our sprinkler system started acting up and the company taking care of it had no idea what to do. Dan and his brother responded to our call and started getting things going again quickly. They also called to let us know that they would be late for the appointment because of a delay on another job. They found a series of problems and eliminated/solved them one by one. The system is working properly again. I saw that some complained about cost. I thought that they were fairly priced but I won't say cheap. I think that their fee was fair and more importantly, they got the job done right.
