Description of Work: Never got an estimate. Very rude while checking measurements as he talked on the phone about another project. I could tell he did not want the job.

Description of Work: Dory and her crew did a spring cleanup then weekly mowing and finally a fall cleanup. Very conscientious with attention to detail, thorough. Great communication. Looking to retain their services for the foreseeable future!

Doreen promised she would come back and start the job in June, 2014 and sent me an email at the last minute and cancelled. Very unprofessional. No class and I would not recommend her to anyone.

Description of Work: This provider did nothing. I called on May 13, left message, she never called back.

Description of Work: I found D&L on Angie's List and was hoping the good reviews and "A" grades would lead to a positive experience...and it proved to be very accurate. I had two projects in mind. The first one was a relatively small landscape job consisting of cleaning out the flower beds in front of my house, replacing the plants and mulch, and making a new bed around the cable/electric boxes. The quote was very reasonable, Dory was very knowledgable and professional, and the team finished the job on time and within budget....what more can you ask for? Therefore, I chose to use D&L for my second (larger) project. This project consisted of creating a patio in back by leveling a sloped grassy area, building a retaining wall, laying a paver stone patio, connecting the driveway with the patio via a walkway, and finally creating a stone surface under our deck for future use and to improve drainage. Again Dory's quote was very reasonable, she had great ideas to help me visualize my project, the team showed up on time and worked very hard. The results are exactly what we wanted! We are very pleased with every aspect of our experience with D&L and fully intend to use them again in the near future for additional projects.
