Description of Work: Installed new lawn and sprinkler system covering approximately 7500 sqft, which included removing vegetation and stumps, and relocating boulders and plants. |This company was very responsive from the first phone call. We met the same day at the property and talked about my landscaping needs. After sending me the proposal we met again at the property to go over the details and sign the contract. From The first phone call to the day they hydro-seeded took less than three weeks with no phone call ever going unanswered. Even after some heavy rain which had washed some of the grass seed away, they were back hydro-seeding within an hour or two of my phone call. |They will be back after the winter to over-seed any bare spots and edge the lawn. |I feel their customer service and responsiveness went above and beyond, and would absolutely use them again. | |

Description of Work: I met with them at the property to discuss the desired services. I specified that I wanted to select only those services that I wanted, based on the price and when I wanted them. I was told this would be no problem. A few weeks after Spring Cleanup, which was less than exceptional, I was notified they were dropping me as a client because I was not on their annual maintenance program. Basically, left high and dry in the middle of June. I was barely happy with the Spring Clean Up and disappointed to be suddenly and unexpectedly dropped as a client... unprofessional.

+ -1 moreThe follow through was really professional. An explanation as to where the sprinklers were located and how to set the timers was done by the staff. I know that Lower Cape Irrigation had always shown consistent good service as I have had them for many years but I know I will remain with them after this large project. They really came through!
Description of Work: Lower cape irrigation has been my provider for over 10 years. This year we had a great many trees cut down and Lower Cape came in and removed all the tree stumps and roots. This was an amazing job for so many old trees to be cleared out and the land cleared for a lawn. An updated irrigation system was put in place. The staff worked continuously until the job was done. It was a big undertaking and I was amazed at their efficiency and work ethic. The owner of the company worked on the project and supervised and followed up until every aspect was completed. Thank you for your great service. You are true professionals. Your pricing was more than fair.

+ 0 moreThe experience was very poor overall. He was expensive, and didn't do the fall clean up as he said he would. The lawn in the back that he seeded is half dead. The approximate cost is over a season. I won't be using his services again.

+ 1 moreThe crews arrived early each morning. I think it took one week to complete the job. After it was done, they checked up periodically to make sure everything grew in well. I would use this group again for any work I needed.
Description of Work: I had used this company the previous year to landscape the front of my house, put in front steps and a brick walk and install an irrigation system. After seeing the results, I called them back this year to do the rest of my yard. Many trees had to be cut down and old raised flower beds had to be removed. Heavy equipment was brought in and tons of sand was removed and replaced with soil that would support plants and grass. An irrigation system was installed and shrubbery beds were created. A whole variety of plants went in and the beds were finished off with a thick layer of mulch. Finally the lawn area was hydroseeded. I am delighted with the way it looks.

We have continued to use this company for on-going maintenance and are extremely satisfied with the quality of service we receive. Other than offering a full menu of landscaping services, this company also helped us in the design of our property with drawings and computerized visuals.
Description of Work: My husband and I bought a new house and we decided to employ Dan O'Leary Landscaping for our landscaping needs. We had a new lawn put in, shrubs planted, beds edged and mulched as well as new trees planted. In addition, O'Leary Landscaping installed a cobble edged driveway, three outdoor patios, two front walkways, an outdoor fire pit and an outdoor kitchen. Finally, we had outdoor lighting installed on the walkways, ornamental trees and foundation plantings. We then had a 32 zone irrigation system installed along with drip lines for plants, pots and for my vegetable garden.

+ 2 moreDan arrived shortly after I called him to examine my lawn and give me an opinion as to what should be done. The following day, he provided us with a written quote with a breakdown of individual tasks and prices for each and a consolidated price for all the individual tasks. Work commenced within a week (Dan had estimated about 2 weeks). Dan's crew showed up at 8:30 AM on a Monday morning. Work went very smoothly. Dan's workers were very courteous, mindful of our coming and going in our vehicles and worked diligently for three days to complete the work. My wife and I were very pleased with the work, the price, the punctuality and the professionalism of Dan, his son and his crew. We will definitely call on Dan for additional work and will recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Removed entire diseased lawn. Replaced topsoil. Enlarged lawn and irrigation system. Mulched treed area in front of house. Mulched all foundation and other flower beds. Hydroseeded lawn.
