O’ Leary covered everything in a most professional manner. I can not say enough about his crew of workers. They were are charming, respectful young men. They work very hard and are eager to make sure you, as the consumer is pleased. Mr. O’Leary is professional. Since we had a variety of tasks to accomplish, his work force was able to accomplish them. The coordination of activities was amazing. It started with scraping the whole yard of weeds, then grading the yard. While that was in the works, garden edging in cobble stone was completed. Then a parking area and walkway in slate and cobblestone evolved. Next was a drywell to offset washed out garden. The most recent project is the installation of the irrigation system. Mr. O’Leary visited our property almost every day and made sure we were getting what we expected. His personal demeanor is reflected in each of his workers. It has been a pleasure to work with this company. It is hard to find a reliable company to complete multiple objectives. O’Leary Landscaping efficently accomplished this. I called O'Leary landscaping and within a day Dan came out to go over what I wanted done. When I decided to have O'Leary do the job they were there within a few days. Removed old lawn on day one and put down loam. The next day the irrigation was put in and the plumber hooked up the new system. The third day the lawn was hydro seeded. The complete job was done in three days. There are some areas of the new lawn that will have to be worked on in the spring. Hopefully they will take care of this for me.

Very prompt and professional service. An estimate, at a very reasonable price, was provided quickly. After signing a contract, the work was started and completed promptly. Would definitely use again.

The fall and spring cleanups went good. The arborvitae wall went in without any problems. The weekly lawn service was poor. I brought this to their attention awhile back and was never addressed. The overseed job was poor and never really addressed some thin areas. I did it myself spending half a day seeding and preparing the ground in those areas. The grass grows fine now in those spots. The edging is poor and is scalped in many areas, the mower or mower operator seems to cause damage in areas where it is turing around or some other carelessness. The lawn service quality resulted in my change to new company. Hopefully one that pays more attention to detail

Response I received was too bad 13 yards was put down so no recourse

Dan seemed to understand the objective but his staff clearly didn't. After the first attempt the area was far worse than what we had previously. Dan sent the crew several times to try to correct the situation. They came back three times and still the area was lumpy and sloped. The grass seed they used ( in spite of consistent watering, ) seemed to be an annual because all that returned the following spring were weeds. We ended up hiring someone else to start from scratch.

Services were performed as requested. The company's crew showed up on Mondays on a regular basis to cut our lawn. The irrigation system malfunctioned early in the summer resulting in large bare patches. The irrigation folks were obviously not informed as the lawn mowers kept mowing as the bare spots appeared and grew.

Very well. O'Leary's was very professional and punctual. They produced as promised.

Initial estimates and description of services was exemplary as all steps, costs and dates were clearly explained. Actual installation of both irrigation and planting of new lawn was also seamless and completed over 4 days with an obviously experienced and professional crew. This work was completed in late September and a new, very healthy looking, lawn did emerge to my satisfaction. Although very pleased with the outcome, I did need to request an additional visit to explain the system's operational features. Some questions, post installation were answered to date, but I desired more customer follow-up. I am hopeful for a return visit next spring.

I had an idea of what type of shrubs I wanted but had no idea where to put and how it would look best. The owner, Dan came to my house and patiently walked me through with suggestions and the process. When the flowers and sea grass were put in the employees/crew did a lovely job. The crew is always professional, pays great attention to detail, and work hard to complete the job in a timely process.

Went very well. They were on time and finished in two days. I hired them to do the service at my nieces home as an anniversary gift for her and her husband. They both were so pleased and that made me pleased.

The workers were very professional and worked very hard. It took only two days to scrape old lawn and bring in loam and spread it. We had to wait a week or more for the irrigation installation, but once they arrived they worked hard and finished in one and a half days. A few weeks later the crew came by to hyroseed and before we knew it, we had a lawn!

Perfectly . My neighbors have complimented the workmanship. Originally we had four large trees and they were removed. The grass is now thick and heathy. I am so happy with the results.

There were 3 different crew to accomplish jobs. It took 7 days from start to finish/all crew were on time, courteous and hard workers. They took pride in their work. Owner stopped by every day to monitor progress.

We found O'Leary Landscaping based on Angie's List reviews. Our job involved replacing a wooden retaining wall and stairs that were coming apart in an area that slopes steeply downward. For our first appointment, Dan O'Leary came to our home to meet with us and inspect the site. Our next follow up was with his son Sean who prepared and presented the estimate. While their bid was higher than the others I had obtained, Sean's explanation of the scope of their proposal seemed more appropriate to making a permanent repair. My appreciation of the scope of the project deepened when I spoke with the men doing the work and saw the wall and stairs being constructed. The construction was more involved than I had initially understood. My wife and I are totally satisfied with the completed project. Everyone we dealt with from Dan O'Leary and his son Sean to the office staff and the workman doing the job were professional and pleasant throughout. We would use them for another project and recommend them to others.

I wanted to liven up the front of my house after removing large rhododendrons. Dan was very quick to get in touch and come out to evaluate and price this job. I didn't have any set ideas about which plants I wanted to use so I let Dan decide within my budget. He chose a nice selection of shrubs, trees and flowers for a symetrical and uncrowded look. The job was scheduled and completed quickly. The workers that came out were courteous and did a great job!

they always showed when I had an appointment with them, they were expert , fast, and professional. they didn't show up to do the work when they said, but I wasn't in a hurry so I just waited, and soon it was done. very satisfied. good price also.

As in the past 30 years this company provides regular service. We also have used their services for gutter cleaning, tree plantingg and removal. The work is professional. We also have them open and close our sprinkler system. Never have I thought of using any other service. Why fix what isn't broken.

Very easy to get hold of. We called the office, left a message which was return within an hour ( which is rare on the Cape...). An appointment was made for the next day. Mr O'Leary arrive on time and was very nice and professional. Looked over what needed to be done, made some suggestions and said he would send the irrigation man who came about an hour later. Mr O'Leary stopped by the next day to drop off the estimate. We would have love to have them do the work because we felt they seemed very professional and probably would do a very good job. The estimate was more than we were planning to spend and it is the only reason we did not go with them.
