O'Leary Landscaping & Irrigation

The work was done during my three hour long absence due to a previously scheduled appointment. Mr. O'Leary responded to my "desperate call for help" very promptly - and what was the most impressive - compassionately. Upon visiting my property and learning about my urgent situation, he told me that he could do the work as a one-time courtesy since I was an Angie's List customer, but that unfortunately he could not work with me regularly since my property is located outside the area he generally conducts his business. After meeting this exceptionally professional and kind person and seeing the great work he did for us on such a short notice, it's shame I can't continue to use his services -- but I can HIGHLY recommend him!

Excellent on all counts. Will wait until next year because I just put in grass in one section.

Good company with good on-site employees. Our Condo Association has an annual contract to perform all our landscaping needs. The owner is responsive to our individual needs and works very well with us.

I liked them- they really followed through on everything they said they were going to do. The lawn went in very late and so we are not exactly sure how much of a lawn we are going to get but he promised to come back - that will be the real test. If the lawn is too weak, they will over seed it in the spring -that is what they said because it was put in rather late. So that is kind of a test of their commitment to me. Their price was just a little high but they have a very long reputation- they were very reputable.

The work went well and was performed as agreed. Because it was so late in the season, the system was installed, tested and then winterized so it has not been used under normal conditions yet. That is the reason for the 'B' grades that I provided. Once the system is proven to perform, and I expect it will, I would gladly increase this rating to all 'A'.

The Best I can not say enough of the positive experiences I have had with O'Leary's. During the 2015 blizzard they did a wonderful job even though they were over worked for multiple days. When the city plows block my driveway I called O'Leary's and Connie responded immediately. Mary

It went great. It was a great experience and they made sure everything was in working order. They did a great job.

We were inclined to like O'Leary's because of the good reviews on Angie's List, word of mouth, and seeing their signs in front of beautifully landscaped homes all over the Cape. But, when Dan and Sean showed up together to talk to us about our needs, and assured us that they could get the job done in the tight timeframe we had, we knew we were in good hands. And they were good to their word... We contacted them less than 2 months before our son's scheduled wedding, where we were planning to host over 100 people at our home for the Sunday brunch... We wanted to do extensive landscaping to spruce up the house - new driveways, bluestone patios, walkway, granite stone walls, steps, plantings, lawns, irrigation... the whole thing !!! They got it all done in a superhuman effort, and they did a beautiful job. Their attention to detail and pride in their work was abundant, and the result was extraordinary... Neighbors and strangers walking by, and ultimately the 100 people that came for the brunch gave the result rave reviews, and now I'm passing that on to you... Sean & Dan & crew: many thanks !

Update to my review - Dan called me as soon as he saw this review, realizing he had dropped the ball. He apologized and took ownership. From reading his reviews and speaking to him he seems very professional and good at what he does. I updated my rating based on this call and the effort he made to follow-up. ++++++++++++++ I never heard back. One of my biggest complaints of service providers is investing time in a conversation and never hearing back. I spoke to the owner of the company and then also had a separate call with the office to provide all of my detail - and I never heard another word. Not acceptable, and based on past experience not worth my following back up with them.

Great job by Dan and company!. Excellent communication, courteous and talented employees and outstanding customer service! The project was completed in late May but a few details could not be finalized until a new fence could be installed 2 months later. Dan called several times,kept in touch with me and then sent his team promptly to complete the job ! Truly exceeded my expectaions, I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again for my next project.

The service was great. Two people came to do the job and it took them three days to complete. The area looked great when they were done. They cleaned-up very well. They did a great job installing the walkway if they had a question they would call me. If I had any questions they would answer right away.

It was absolutely wonderful! It looked beautiful when they got done. He advertised at the back of our church bulletin as well. When I called him, he came out on a Saturday and he was very pleasant. It is a summer home so we weren't even there. He just came, did the work, cleaned up, and it was painless. It was a fair price. It was hard work. He did it when he said he would.

That went well and everything was great. The technician was great and he noticed one of the sprinkler heads was leaking. He was able change that right away.

O'Leary's office called to set appointment for a week later ( non-emergency service) and their service person showed up as scheduled.

It could not have gone better. Joe, from O'Leary Landscaping showed up and went right to work. I had a few issues with my irrigation system because it had not been used in a few years. He knew just what to do and fixed the problems quickly. It was a hot day and he was outside working in the sun for quite awhile. He knew what to do and was professional at all times. Arrived on time. Did a thorough job and provided good information to us about the system. We were very pleased with the service.

Provided a detailed estimate very quickly (sent via e mail) and completed the job within a few weeks of the initial visit. Work was done according to the written estimate, looks very nice. Staff was professional and polite and did a great job with clean up and finishing touches. Very pleased with O'Leary Landscaping. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

The work went very well. They were very prompt and kept right with the job until it was completed. The crew that came and did the work were extremely courteous and professional. The crew really knew what they were doing. I was very pleased with the outcome. The work far surpassed my expectations.

firm made two visits to advise me regarding lawn service and landscaping Both men seemed expert and professional we will hire the landscaping service in the Spring of 2014 Called provider in Spring 2014; Despite 2013 promise to trim overgrown Cypress trees on property, O'Leary declined to schedule doing the work with 6 weeks notice. No real excuse given ... too busy. I was disappointed since there was a promise to do the work at the "right time" for pruning the cypress (June 2014). I had refrained from contacting other firms as a result. Now I must start the search anew.

They installed it nicely but they were very unfriendly and unresponsive when I called them back to do additional work.

Sean O'Leary promptly got in touch with the Chatham Conservation Commission to begin the permitting process to renovate the driveway as my property is in a protected marsh area, the permit was secured prior to the scheduled renovation. He answered my many questions patiently and completely via email. The job was completed ahead of schedule, and looks wonderful. I couldn't be more pleased. I would definitely use them again.

Working with the company was a breeze. Everything went smoothly and easily. They responded quickly to my request for a quote, followed up via email, and came out to complete the work in just over a week. Almost unheard of efficiency on Cape Cod during the summer! We had to reschedule for rain and Eric, the manager, kept me informed via email of the changes which I really appreciated. I'm very happy with the quality of work performed. We had a minor issue with one of our old heads afterwards and the guys came out the same day I called to fix it. Will absolutely call them again in the future if we need any more irrigation work done.
