Rich's years of experience were clearly demonstrated in our project. He was patient in listening to our wants and needs, and gave clear, but not judgemental recommendations. He and his crew worked diligently to meet all of our very precise guidelines. We could not be happier!

I called?Rick a few days after the storm, he stopped by that day and gave me an estimate to repair the garage roof and replace the back roof of my house (also damaged from the storm). I did get 2 other estimates that were somewhat competitive, but Rick was far more responsive when I asked for an additional estimate to replace the entire house roof.? Once I received the check we worked out the date, firmed up the price we had agreed on (no surprises or changes to the estimate), paid a deposit and agreed on the start date.? He called a couple of days before to remind me he'd need the driveway.? Bottom line, they did a great job, used quality material (CertainTeed brand lifetime shingles, ice and water shield, rhino waterproofing), and thoroughly cleaned up...all in one day.? Then walked around the house with me after the job was complete.? Couldn't be happier.

They were on time and very professional, they also cleaned up the job site as the work progressed. You would have not even know that they had been there once they were done.

Everything went exactly as he said it would. He was honest and kept me up to date with everything going on. He started when he said he would. They completed everything that was on the contract and left my yard and the house the way it was before his team arrived. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone. There are a lot of contractors ,even on Angie's list ,that don't even call you back. Rich was great from start to finish.

They were quick, installed entire job in one day. They were clean. Surrounding area and shrubs were cleaned of work debris. All debris was removed from site. They were affordable. Their quote was cheaper than 3 other bids, and the quality of work was excellent.

Rich and his guys were true professionals. They were on time and very efficient. We have two dogs and he keep us in the loop so we could have the dogs out of the house while they worked. Also they should extra care in cleaning up the yard so we could avoid having the dogs stepping on any nails. Rich was very informative with the process and gladly answered any question I had. As a project manager myself this is the kind of contractor we try to find. Affordable Roofing has my vote

Richard and his crew were fantastic. The outcome of the work came out looking exactly like what we wanted it to be a beautiful ending. Richard and his crew was always on time. When said 7am they were there at 7am until sun went down. That's what I liked the most considerable of timing and process. Although Affordable Roofing and Siding was not the cheapest or the most expensive they were very reasonable in their prices. If anything in the future planned for any work I would definitely looking forward to working with Affordable Roofing and Siding.

I had a great experience, everything went really smooth. He did more work than promised as he had to replace more sheets than promised without extra cost. They cleaned up gutters really well as it had plants growing out of it. He was so honest and helpful that he even took care of an unrelated issue with no extra cost. He was very straight forward and clear in communication with no sales techniques. He was right there with his crew making sure everything is done right. Crew started and finished job on time. He even made a followup visit to make sure I am happy with the services and everything is all set. He showed us exactly what is going to be used and installed such as drip edge, ice&water shield and the centainteed samples before the job was scheduled. I am really happy with work done.

Removed bearing walls in the kitchen and opened up entire floor space. My kitchen is now completely open with all new natural lighting showing off my new cabinets! Fantastic job! I am so pleased with the results. My Neighbor's have already hired him. I would highly recommend!

Rich was extremely personable yet very professional, he was not only punctual about showing up but returned all my calls in a timely manner which I really appreciated. I was mostly impressed with how he managed to clean up each day after he completed the work. I would highly recommend Rich for roofing work & will certainly use him again in the future!
