Promp, did exactly what was quoted and did the work quickly. The whole crew showed up exactly when expected. Took only one day to completely replace the entire roof. Cleaned up all the old roofing completely like new. Really pleasant to deal. Would highly recommend.

Rich and his crew did a fantastic job on vinyl siding installation. They met all expectations and more. Would recommend them to anyone. Came in on budget. Rich and his crew were great. When the garage door frame ended up being more work than expected, he let me know and definitely gave me a deal. He was great to work with. Other roofers were trying to get me to do a full roof replacement for nearly $20k. Rich was honest and said the roof didn't need to be fully replaced. Only a small section with some wood rot. His quote for the whole roof was much more reasonable too. If I need to do the whole roof, **** be the only one I call.

They are so nice and very quick to respond. I called about an old leak in our soon to be nursery and they came out the next morning to look at my roof. The following day the work was done, very fairly priced and we haven't had an issue with it since. They also cleaned our skylight while up there, which was a bonus. Fast forward a month, we had another leak in our roof in a different spot. They showed up within an hour of us calling, checked it out, patched it up and didn't charge us a thing. I can't recommend these guys enough!

I am very satisfied with all aspects of this job, Rich from Affording Roofing & Siding was great to work with! He responded quickly to my request for a bid, looked the roof over carefully, made good suggestions, submitted a competitive bid, workmanship warrantee and assured me he would do it before I left for the winter. After his crew finished he came to inspect both the roof and clean-up. Very professional from start to finish!

They went above and beyond what requested. Rich would call me and suggest other replacements to update cottage so I wouldn’t run into electrical or plumbing problems. Close inspection by other people in business complemented his work. I would highly recommend this company.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Rich Flynn of Affordable Roofing and Siding. Rich answered the phone when I first called, he met my schedule and came to the property and looked carefully at the roof, he sent me a competitive quote (one of three companies I received bids from) that evening, he came and did the job himself with a teammate on the agreed-to date, he guaranteed the work, and he sent me photos of a job very well done!

They did an excellent job on the house. We are very pleased with their work and professionalism. But most of all they are truly good people to work with. Very trustworthy and accommodating!

We had a series of nor'easter storms come through this past winter that blew many of our asphalt shingles off the roof. We called the owner, Rich, and explained that we were worried that it was still stormy and that the roof could leak. He came himself the next day, had to clear some snow off the roof and patched it. Within a couple weeks the roof was completely finished and looks beautiful. The whole experience was painless and surprisingly affordable. High recommend.

Rich and his team are phenomenal. Rich was always extremely responsive to all my questions, etc. My roof is extremely steep, but Rich’s team worked quickly and were extremely neat/clean. The roof has made my home look amazing - like new. I highly recommend Rich and his team for all your roofing needs. A++++

If there is a way to give Rich and his team an A++ I would. I met Rich while he was working in the area and got a quote for a new roof. I found him to be knowledgeable, supportive, truthful and helpful with all my questions and potential issues. The shingle portion was done first in the fall. The flat deck rubber roof was done the end of February. The work was started and completed on schedule. Yes I did take a significant hit when 'winter storm riley' came thru and Rich was like my life line as to what to do. He was here and had the roof repaired before the next nor'easter hit 3 days later. I do intend to hire him again on future work

After consulting with a few companies Affordable Roofing and Siding gave us the best price. Rick was extremely professional, prompt and courteous. He explained everything to us and there were no surprises. I would highly recommend them.

Rich was constantly available to answer any questions I had, whether by e-mail or phone calls. The roof replacement went smoothly, and he straightened my gutters free of charge. He also went inside the garage and took down the wet insulation from the leak, and replaced it, checking for mold. Afterward, the yard was cleaned of all debris. He came back the next day to make sure everything was in order. He was always on time, and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process (which isn't easy!) I would recommend Affordable Roofing to anyone who needs this type of work done , and will definitely call them again if I need any of their services!

Very smoothly, Rich & his crew showed up when expected. The guys were very polite & quiet, & neat, they worked from early a.m. til dark. Affordable Roofing and Siding was recommended to me by my neighbors. Richard Flynn is the general contractor. He coordinated his team to show up timely, and perform the needed work and cleanup. Rich was always available to be reached and returned phone calls and emails as soon as possible. He went out of his way to be sure I was extremely satisfied which I am. All the work came out even better than I could have imagined. Rich's knowledge and expertise is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Affordable Roofing and Siding as they are a team that is professional, dependable and affordable (as their name implies), I would certainly use them again, if needed.

Rich Flynn was excellent. Everything was professional. He was responsive and on time. He completed the job in one day. The materials were high quality and he fixed the gutters and repaired a raccoon damaged area for free. Would highly recommend.

The job was excellent, Rich is a master carpenter no request or problem was beyond his scope. He was easy to work with, came in at budget. As with any remodeling job there are always unexpected issues that arise and Rich dealt with them professionally and with great skill.
