The service worked out pretty good. They made quite a few appointment, it's been quite a few times that they came out here. It was $350 for about 10 visits. Their pricing is great. I had some other prices, and their pricing is the lowest. They give you a window of time of when they are going to appear, they've always been within that window of time.

Their prices are reasonable and they alway have courteous and professional staff. Their work is guaranteed and they are responsive if you have a question or concern.

The weed suppression is a multiyear preject

Fertilizer and pest control went well. Lawn was as healthy as could be expected given the drought. The aeration and overseeding was very recent so the jury is still out.

They are very friendly both in customer service and the guy that actually services the place. they have really good customer service.

We are pleased with the result and the price. The best part is what they do seem to work.

They are very fair. They don't try to push unnecessary services. They do a really good job. There are no unexpected costs. They give you a choice to pay before or after the service. For the season from April to late October, they are about $500. The cost could vary depending on what you get and your acreage though. I plan to definitely use them again next year.

1st application: missed several rows (evidenced a week or so later). They came and reapplied sending one of their senior techs, IAN, who said he would be taking care of the lawn from now on. Very happy with Ian. 2nd application: did not send automated message which they offered and I requested (received both times prior). Ian was not the tech. We'll see how he did in a week or so. There were 2 things in the back yard which Ian took the itnitiative to move on his own. so the full lawn would be covered This tech just went around them.

They are a good company with knowledgeable technicians. I have used them for a couple of years now and plan to shop around at the end of the season only to justify the cost.

Just started. But so far so good. My lawn has been in bad shape for a couple years. I can all ready see it starting to come back.

They charge $60 a visit. They are phenomenal and do an exceptional job. They are responsive and whenever I have a problem, someone come by within a day or two and resolve the issue. They are always punctual and come on time.

I was unhappy with Lawn Doctor's work in 2012, but after talking with someone in the office I decided to give them another try. The 2013 season was no better. I never knew when they were coming and one time they came when extremely heavy rain was predicted. The entire application washed away and I had to call them to reapply. The technicians always left a mess with the pellets, which were not cleaned off the asphalt, front walkway or the bulkhead. The lime pellets in particular left marks on the asphalt for the entire summer. In the Fall, they came to apply fertilizer but there were so many leaves they left a note for me to call them when the fall cleanup had been done. I had no problem with that, but apparently they did. One day someone showed up in spite of the grass being heavily covered with leaves. A couple of days later the landscaper cleaned up the leaves, and the fertilizer with it. I fired this company and cannot recommend them to anyone else.

The first service went according to plan - but I was also home. The service representative and I spoke about our needs and how we could best service the lawn. Seemed like a perfect situation. The second service, it was a different service rep - he filled out the service plan (how your lawn looks) BEFORE stepping foot on our property. After he was gone two days, we noticed that our brand new back lawn was completely burnt and our front yard had several burnt areas. We called and complained. Several days later someone came out to check the lawn and said they would get back to us. They eventually did come out and put some dirt down (only on the areas they felt needed it) and seed, however it never took because it was the middle of summer and the fertilizer that killed the lawn in the first place was still underneath. They came one more time and added more seed at our request but our lawn never came back. They finished the services up but we were never home. Three times that they came they did not relock the pool gate when they left. We were tired of the unprofessionalism. We called and cancelled our service on 12/31/13 when I noticed on the billing that they automatically start you the next season unless you cancel. We received a letter dated January 2, 2014 from the Customer Service Manager which we ignored but then received an email from him on January 7. So I answered him in full detail. On January 8 he said he was looking into the matter and would get back to us. We have never heard back from him as of March 4.

They called me the day before to let me know they were coming. The individual came performed the services and left a very thorough report on the work done and the lawn analysis.

They send me an invoice every year. They take care of my yard treatments and fertilizer. I am happy with their services.

They are very professional, and I really don t know if they come exactly at the time they say they do. I don t remember the price but would say that they are good. I am happy with them.

THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. THESE ARE GREAT PEOPLE. THEY GIVE YOU EXPERT ADVICE ON HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR LAWN, HOW TO WATER, MOW, AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR LAWN BETWEEN TREATMENTS.

Generally good, though sometimes common sense is not used. For example, water was still standing on one part of the lawn on one occasion, and the application, by machine with wheels, was done anyway, leaving deep ruts in the lawn. However, I told them to call me before each application so I could delay it if needed, and they have done that.
