came and looked at job. call me 4 times while i was at work. left no return call phone number.

Not sure how our 2 acres are treated in 10 minutes, but our home security cameras log arrival and departure (including unloading and loading their equipment). There is always evidence of treatment; more in front of cameras than elsewhere, but generally they appear to treat large portions of our property. Lawn has improved a little bit. Crawling weeds continue; bare spots (we had grub treatment done also) continue, moss has taken over significant sections. But, it seems to look somewhat better than before treatments. Overseeding was a disappointment, as they missed the biggest areas of bare spots, but did behind the garden shed (?) extensively. Cameras show the guy doing circles in the gravel driveway. We have lots of new grass growing there now, which was not part of the plan. they do call in advance, they show up, and they do some stuff. With my gripes included, I would hire them again because it is improved from my own attempts, and my time is freed up to focus on other things.

Very responsive office - they would call within 1 day of any message I sent through email/website. They were also willing to retreat the lawn when I had reported that weeds had survived the previous treatment. As far as the results, I was pleased overall - my lawn was a horrendous mess last season and the Lawn Doctor service was a big step in rehabbing the lawn; no miracles occurred but the results were as I had realistically hoped.

just ok. They came too late for crab grass pre-emergent application. lawn looked browner than last years even with all the rain and the new sprinkler system.

I'd give them an "A" overall. I'd also give the pricing an "A". I'd give them an "A" down the line and I'd use them again.

Originally he wanted $1000 for the over seeding, because they use a special machine and stuff. We negotiated down to $650. I wasn't going to pay over $1000 for that. This part of the country you pay out of the nose for things. They call ahead of time. When they are here they clean up after everything. They will be out one more time before winter hits. I think they understand. They know when to put down the right fertilizer at the right time. They make good recommendations about how to maintain your lawn. I think my lawn looks better than anyone else in the neighborhood. They know what they are doing, and they are professional. It started within two weeks, the new seeds were coming up. They use a combination of two seeds. Some come up before others. I am pleased as the result of the over seeding. I have never had an issue with anything they have ever done.

They come out 6 times a year. They do other things too like fertilizing and lawn irrigation. It's one worker. They leave a paper. I wasn't home. They leave a printout of what they did. They also email me too.

Great! Lawn looks the best it has in years!

So far, so good. I used Angie's List to choose between Lawn Doctor and TruGreen initially.

We have a year long contract.? I had called them for a special treatment.? Their quality of work is good.? I couldn't see the results because they planted seed. It's a maintenance.

Lawn looks good now. Have been using them for fertilization for a number of years, and they always do an excellent job.

The lawn over seeding done by Lawn Doctor was excellent. The system they use slightly disturbs the turf so that the seed makes good contact with the soil. The new grass is coming in nicely.

we used them for 2 years. I must say in the beginning, they did the job, and were responsive. I didnt have to call them to come out. the 2nd year things began to slip. was told we had a major grub problem, that turned out to be a broken sprinkler head. and the grub problem we did get, was from them not applying the grub control in the area that got hit with them--near the edge of the lawn. they did not offer to repair. I spent over 1000 on areating and overseeding the lawn, and it was not worth that cost as several areas didnt come in. I was impressed last fall that they did come and redo a small area, for free, and that did fill in. they dont like you to question them, and can become beligerent when you do, at least the ones I spoke to did. Not a way to be in the customer service business. this year, I terminated my contract as I got tired of calling and waiting for them to come. they "claim" my area can wait till memorial day for first application, however, that is not true. I have already missed the opportunity for pre emergent control. I called every 2 weeks for 2 months, and was told they were coming. I would never use or recommend them to anyone.

Our lawn is now in the worst shape it has ever been, worse even than neighbors who don't have any service at all. There is no continuity in terms of technicians, and our new tech this year seemed clueless with regard to what had been done in past years. They offered no plan for how to improve things, other than a number of costly add on services. I wouldn't have a problem with paying more if I had confidence that the company was actually looking at how to improve the quality. After our first service call of 2017, I am terminating our service and looking for a new provider.

Their service is great, I am very happy with them. Their pricing may not be the best, but it's OK. They do quality work. They clean up well after themselves, the blow off any excessive pellets off the sidewalks. I think they do a great job. I've pretty much used them since I purchased my home and pretty much everyone in my neighborhood uses them.

I tried them last year and I would say they did okay. They came out every few months. I think it is a couple of guys. The come and leave a little thing that they were here. They were here maybe an hour. I was skeptical about growing some of the grass. They did a good job. At the end of the year the lawn looked good. Over the winter some of the grass that had growed in had some winter kill. That is why I gave them a B.

We love them, we've been using the for several years. Their great.They come on time. My only complaint is every year we get less and less discount, we're down to 5% discount now to pay in advance. We haven't had any issues. Once I couldn't verify they were here, but I called and they came back out provided the service. I love the fact that our lawn looks better with their he;p. They come regularly and put the exact amount of product down on the lawn and that's something that we are never to do ourselves. You don't have to worry about it, it's done once you sign on with them.

They were fine. The price has been very consistent.

They did a great job. I would tell other that my grass looks perfect. It took about three months to notice the change in my lawn.

We've got a contract with them so they come out periodically. Their fine. They come out when their suppose to. Their good. They do what they have to do, their not pushy, they do what they have to do and leave recommendations. Their in and out before I even notice their here.

I've used them for I don't know 5 or 6 years now. I do a prepay upfront and they do 6 fertilizing treatments plus lime, grub, an aeration and overseed in the fall. So I get a discount for that by paying up front in January. So I've been pretty happy with them. My lawn is not the greatest but that's due more to the soil conditions in this area than anything else. Their customer service is quite good. Typically one, sometimes two and I don't know if that's more for training, but usually it's one person that comes out to do the treatments. It usually takes about 10 or 15 minutes to do the treatment depending on what is done. If it's just putting down an application it's relatively quick because they have power spreaders and so forth. If they're doing a multiple stage thing like in the fall when they do the overseeding and the aeration it may take twice as long like 20 minutes but it's generally pretty fast. Like I said their customer service is really good. When the guy comes out if I'm around usually we talk about the lawn and any problems that I think I'm having and he'll make recommendation or offer additional services if necessary. So I would say customer service is their best.

The service worked out pretty good. They made quite a few appointment, it's been quite a few times that they came out here. It was $350 for about 10 visits. Their pricing is great. I had some other prices, and their pricing is the lowest. They give you a window of time of when they are going to appear, they've always been within that window of time.
