I received a call within 10 minutes and described the problem. He explained the best course of action and within 1/2 hour was at my front door. I showed him the problem and within 45 minutes I had my problem fixed. Chris was polite, extremely knowledgeable and did a 1st rate job.

Quick, professional, clean, nice! You could not find a more thorough and professional group of technicians. On the HVAC job their price was considerably less than the competition.

Two other plumbers had told me it would be a full day job with questionable results due to the old plumbing and tile. Jason had it done in about two hours, and it's perfect. He was competent, fast, courteous and cleaned up after himself.

Rob Baldini was quick to respond, polite, professional, and really good at explaining the problem as well as solutions he could provide. Once we signed on for an installation date, Rob's crew showed up on time, and covered all possible surfaces that might get dirty, from the front door to the attic. They worked very hard and steadily despite the heat wave conditions, and cleaned up after themselves nicely. They completed the project sooner than promised. Then they returned for follow up work as promised several days later. The price was as explained in advance, a little higher than average because we paid for the unit that is best environmentally. Everything was paid upon completion. The job was finished looking just like the photos we were shown - no surprises. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Amazing! Rob Baldini returned our call immediately and came the next day to give us a proposal. We were so impressed with his presentation, that we did not get any other estimates. Rob also surrounds himself with professional and respectful workers. They were in our home for one week...arrived on time every morning.....and were a pleasure to have around. They cleaned up at the end of every day.....and at the end of the job, everything was cleaned to perfection. Rob took a lot of time explaining how everything worked.....and makes himself available for any questions we may have. He also filled in all the rebate papers for us. In all the years we have been homeowners, this was one of the most professional and honest contractors we have ever worked with. So glad we joined Angies list and contacted Ron because of all the positive reviews he had. Would highly recommend........

My husband is not easy to please and is knowledgeable in this area. Its always impressive when he has good things to say about a contractor or repair person. We would use Baldini again.

it was a tough situation because of the finish ceilings in the basement but they had chosen a route for the pipe which spans about 35 ft along the foundation .there was a minimum amount of ceiling that had to be removed so the could gain access for there connections. i think they worked hard to make it the least evasive and they did a great job which included leveling the range when finished . the estimate was reasonable and right on the money

We called Mr. Baldini on a Sunday morning ( along with several other plumbers) to repair a pipe that the town of Groveland Fire dept had to pinch to stop the flooding the main valve shut off would'nt turn for us during the flood of water coming in and was coming in thru the recessed lighting. The water was shut off by them and Mr. Baldini was the only plumber that could help us on a Sunday. He came out and inspected the pipe. He left and returned with supplies and repaired so we could have water. His promptness and professionalism impressed us. The repair cost and labor ( and on a Sunday) was extremely and gratefully reasonable.

The pump under the utility sink into which my washer drains had stopped working because it was not properly installed and had no vent. Rob gave me options on fixing it as well as relocating the washer/dryer upstairs. I chose to go with Rob and had him leave the laundry in the basement and just fix the issues. The final charge was the same as the quote. I ultimately chose to go with Rob because he was not only professional, but he was extremely responsive unlike the 3 other plumbers I had tried (and kept trying). Rob just seemed to be an all around great guy.

I can't say enough good things about Rob and his team; punctual, professional, honest and experienced! We reached out to about a dozen different HVAC companies here on Angie's list and had quotes written up. Rob (owner of Baldini Plumbing and HVAC) was able to accommodate my work schedules and come in at 6pm to give me a quote on replacing my system. He was easily reachable via cell phone. His prices were reasonable and he was not at all pushy. He took the time to explain what work would need to be done and time frame. He answered all my questions knowledgeably. Once we decided to go with Rob Baldini, he wrote up the contract and was able to come out the very next Monday. His team was punctual and showed up at 8am as agreed each day. From there the job took 2.5 days to complete. Each day he gave me an update as to what as completed and what needed to be done. Again he was patient and professional. They cleaned up the work area EVERYDAY; that's impressive. I think my basement is cleaner now than before they came in. The end work speaks for itself, all the plumbing was new and everything bolted/ anchored. The system is rock solid! All the wiring were properly managed with zip ties and clips. All the pipes were clearly labeled too. At the very end, Rob spent at least half and hour if not more explaining all the components and pieces. I am truly impressed by their work! I will definitely be using Baldini Plumbing and HVAC for all my future services and work. They have earned a customer for life!

Rob was courteous and super professional, especially relative to the other 5 contractors I contacted. He is well versed and interested in long term reduction of utility costs and clearly takes pride in his work. He was responsive with both the estimate and the work itself. He rearranged his schedule to get the work done sooner rather than later as my tank had started to leak. He offered and clearly explained a couple of options to me and executed the one I choose. Rob and his team worked well together. They were thorough, on time, professional, focused on the task, and very good about explaining what was going on and cleaning up. He even fixed a leaky faucet for me while he was here. His prices were in line with all other estimates. I consider Rob my new plumber and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Called Baldini Plumbing, for the first time, when my heat went out at 8PM. Rob Baldini called back within 5 minutes, although he had just gotten out of the shower, he was very pleasant and agreed to come out within 40 minutes. He arrived on time, with electric heaters, checked out the heating system and offered us 2 options...he could do a repair that would cost approx $1800 and last maybe another year or replace the system approx. $8000. We've had the system since 1990 and have had numerous issues so we opted for a new system. The electric heaters worked great and he brought more heaters the following morning, just to make sure we were warm. On the 2nd day he installed the brand new system, replaced and re-positioned some incorrectly installed duct work and provided newer efficient thermostats. The bill came in a little under the estimate..$7800. The area where he worked was left immaculately clean and the heating system has never worked so efficiently. This was my first experience with Rob Baldini, I am recommending him to anyone who needs a quality, honest, reliable plumber!! I am a stickler for good service....Baldini Plumbing gets 5 stars in my book!

The motor on our furnace blower was making a horrible noise and was not pushing the hot air up into the bedrooms. I found Rob Baldini on angle's list and called him. He came within a few hours and told us he could patch it but wasn't sure if it would hold. He recommended a new energy efficient system and even filled out the rebate forms for us so that we spent less than we were quoted from a few other companies! He arrived promptly on the date and time stated. We paid exactly what was quoted. We did a walk through at the end of the installation and were very pleased with his work. He set up the system so that we can add central air in a few months. I look forward to his return! Great job, Rob!

By far the most professional contractor I have worked withe to date in any project. Rob walked me through everything in detail, kept me up to date on the progress and came back on the weekend to go through everything with me. The airflow in the heating system is so much better with the new duct work and the furnace is great. I will use rob for all heating and plumbing needs.

Rob did an amazing job. Super professional. The system looks like artwork, he thought enough in advance to pipe in T's so I could have a natural gas BBQ and/or clothes drier in the future. Everything was done on time and within budget. We had a very toasty house all winter long. I've recommend Rob to several co-workers who have all enjoyed his work. I have also had him over for several other small projects (new shower valve, etc.) which I usually do myself. His work is so clean that I would rather pay him the fair price to get it done professionally.

Mr. Baldini was very professional at the first meeting. He assured me he could replace the HVAC system in the condo I manage that would meet the condo associations requirements and take a smaller footprint in the basement so that basement could be finished. After receiving a 50% deposit, Mr. Baldini replaced the system but it neither conformed to condo association rules as we had discussed on 2 previous occasions and was included in the quote nor did it take up less space but actually made it impossible to finish the basement without moving ductwork and pipes that he installed. After expressing my concerns, Mr. Baldini became belligerent, made the necessary changes to come into compliance with the condo association but never made the ductwork and piping changes. In addition, in order to comply with the association, the system could no longer be installed to manufacturers specs which voided the warranty. Obviously if I had known that this system could not be installed properly at this condo, I would never have hired this company in the first place. However, as stated previously, Mr. Baldini assured me that the condo association requirements could be met with this system and even wrote the quote up stating that. When I refused to release the remainder of payment because of these issues, asked for the deposit to be returned and for the new system to be removed so I could find a system that could be properly installed, Mr Baldini became even more belligerent. He harassed the unit owner until the unit owner paid the balance for fear of repercussions given the tone of Mr. Baldini's harassing emails. However, the unit owner has authorized me to file a formal complaint and release any and all documentation including copies of the quote, pictures of the shoddy work and copies of the harassing email correspondence in order to ensure that Mr. Baldini never tries to scam anyone again.
