Baldini is the best. No doubt about it. The owner is motivated and congenial and eager to explain anything and everything. Our 25+ year old system was replaced by a state of the art system. Our house was built in 1792 so we use gas powered FHW. Baldini is the most professional contractor we've ever used. There are not enough superlatives.

Rob was fabulous--showed up as promised, followed up, really respected our house. He special ordered a gold handle that I wanted for the toilet, and came on a Sunday to install it. His performance made us really confident in what he does. I would recommend him without reservation and is now my go to for our plumbing and heating needs...

I wanted to go tankless for water heating and wanted a full-service plumbing and HVAC company that was experienced with tankless systems and could potentially replace my furnace as well. The evening before Thanksgiving my hot water tank appeared to start leaking, so I researched on Angie's list and called Baldini Plumbing & HVAC. Rob Baldini was at my house the next morning, on Thanksgiving, and arrived 10 minutes early. The first thing he did was notice water dripping onto the floor, right next to the water heater, that was coming from an old humidifier! After recovering from my embarrassment, we planned to replace the water tank. Rob was very knowledgeable about tankless hot water systems and was able to answer all my questions. About two weeks later, he and his crew did the job. They arrived on time (even a bit early), were professional and friendly. The end product was impressive, very neatly done, and they completely cleaned up after themselves (the cellar was cleaner when they left than when they arrived!). Several features were included without being explicitly in the contract such as flush connections, a carbon monoxide alarm, and a new electrical outlet. I found that communication was easy via phone and email and Rob Baldini was extremely responsive. I look forward to more projects with this excellent service provider and highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber or HVAC company.

We maintain/manage the condominium building we live in, and my husband contacted Mr Baldini to have him service 4 of our 5 munchkin furnace units in our building. They had a date set of October 22, at 8 AM. Mr Baldini called us a few days before to ask if we could change the date to November 6th instead, and we agreed. We were in Canada for a family funeral and drove back a day early as not to miss our appointment with Mr Baldini. That day came and went and no sign of Mr Baldini. We stayed home the entire day, and made calls after he did not show up in the morning. We made phone calls and got his VM, my husband left him a message to call him to try to set up another day. We did not receive a call back in response to my husbands voicemail message, or in response to Mr Baldini's failure to show up for his appointment. My husband again called Mr Baldini, a few days later, after not hearing from him in response to the first message and Mr Baldini not showing up for the appointment. In this message, my husband even left a message of concern, that maybe Mr Baldini had a family emergency, as it was so very unprofessional of him to just not show up and not return any calls! After over a week of no response, my husband called on MY cell phone, as it would not come up on caller ID as my husbands name. Mr Baldini answered, and had no response as to why he did not show up to the appointment in which he had rescheduled and in which we had rearranged our schedules for him, and for not returning any calls or even making a call to explain why he did not show up after changing the service date himself. Needless to say, we did not go with this company. We DO NOT RECOMMEND Mr Baldini to others. He is very unprofessional and wasted our time in waiting for him and rearranging our time and making phone calls that were never returned! VERY unprofessional!! I also noticed he has a previous review with the same complaint that he did not show up and did not return calls. So I guess Mr Baldini must do good work IF and ONLY IF he shows up for his appointments. Good luck if you are one of the ones that he decides to ignore.

Rob was incredibly professional and punctual. He was the only plumber I called to get quotes from who actually came to look at the situation prior to providing us a quote. He also went above and beyond our expectations by helping us with some other little things that we were currently doing around the house when he came to give us a quote, and was very upfront about any issues he ran into while working on the bathroom valve. We will most certainly use him again in the future.

Rob did a fantastic job!! Rob is very professional and performed the installation in a timely manner. He was puntual and always called before showing up for work. The workmanship was excellent and the system started up without a hitch. We will certainly hire Baldini Plumbing and Heating again.

Called Rob after I had my kitchen countertops replaced and requested that he install a new kitchen faucet and soap dispenser as well as replace the pvc drain pipe below my new sink. He arrived right on time and proceeded to do a great job on the sink. He found some issues with loose piping which he went ahead and secured. While he was here I had mentioned that I just bought the house and that the central AC wasn't working. After finishing up in the kitchen he offered to take a look at the AC and after some testing determined that the dual capacitor had blown and needed to be replaced. Sure enough the AC kicked on right before a week long heat wave. It obvious that Rob knows what he's doing and I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge in not only plumbing but with HVAC systems as well. Will be using Rob for all future plumbing and HVAC work in my new house.

My kitchen sink stopped draining one morning and while they could not come that day, Rob and his assistant showed up at 7am the next morning to fix the problem. At first they tried to snake the drain from the kitchen sink, but that didn't work, so they went to the basement and determined that the clog was in a PVC Y-joint. they ended up replacing the Y-joint. They then tested the drain and cleaned up the work area. In total, it took about an hour to fix the issue. I would use Baldini Plumbing again. I just wish I had seen his $25 Angies List coupon before I had the work done!

Never showed up for the appointment. Did not call or try to reschedule.

He was very nice. He came on time and did his job. I have no complaints. He was polite. He did everything he was supposed to do and so far it is working. He told me that he could not guarantee how long it is going to last, because of the way it is. He said the air conditioner is leaking the gas. His price was very good. He responded well.

Received a few quotes and decided to go with Rob and his crew based on feedback from existing customers. Very happy with the estimate, communication and work throughout the process. Was a very good experience and still very satisfied 1 year after the work was completed.

I recently purchased a 2 family investment property in Georgetown MA and wanted to replace an old oil heating system with 2 new gas systems. I contacted Baldini Plumbing based on their BBB rating. I had never heard of them before. Rob Baldini met me at the house, listened to what I wanted done and had a quote to me within 24 hours. His equipment recommendations made more sense than the other two quotes I had received and his price seemed reasonable so I hired him. He was able to start the job in a matter of days, and he and his crew worked diligently until it was completed. They were neat, professional and did an excellent job without disturbing my tenant. They were also the most polite contractors I've ever worked with. Rob also explained the available rebate and filled out the form. Everything went smoothly, progressed quickly and the result is exactly what I wanted. I plan to use them for any future plumbing or heating needs and would be happy to recommend them.
