Thank God for Angie's List and this wonderful man. He came, looked at the job and then gave me the best possible solution. He constructed a form and poured cement and put down a new floor using pressure treated decking. Nathan was always on time, extremely professional and polite. He respected our time and always called if there was a change in plans or informed me if he had to leave. This I found very refreshing because other contractors I have had in the past didn't never called cared if they wasted our time. He was very efficient and finished the job ahead of schedule. It was a difficult space to work in but the work he did was excellent. I wish I had found him sooner; I will be calling him again if I have anymore jobs. Thank you, Nathan. You are the best.

Nathan was great. He did an excellent job plastering our bathroom walls, and even took the time to explain the differences between plaster and drywall for me. He was very professional, cleaned up very thoroughly, and showed up when he said he would. He's a very pleasant guy to talk to, and was super nice to myself as well as my wife. We're considering re-doing a few other rooms, and if we do, we'll certainly use him again.

I was so impressed with Nathan. First of all, he called me back right away and set up an appointment. Two days before, he confirmed he would be there, and showed up on time on the day of. After being stood up by several contractors in the past, his professionalism was refreshing. I was also happy to find someone willing to do a small job. He did a great job repairing the cracks in my dining room wall, and would hire him again.

He did a great job. He called to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived on time and put in a full days work and cleaned up when he was done. He was pleasant to deal with and let me know how long the job would take and he completed the job as promised

Nate's work was excellent, he showed up when he said he would and was very pleasant. We are going to be renovating our Master bath very soon and will have him back for that work as well. Very pleased.

Nathan is a great guy and an artist with the plaster. He was responsive from the get go, even though we had a small job. He also was on the money with schedule, both on the day he would be there and the time it would take. We hope to use his services again.

Nathan was "awesome" we have a house over 110 years old the was were not so straight. But with blue board and plaster and Nathan's great work ethic they now are!!!! Would and will hire him again when we do the rest of the house.!!!

Awesome. Nathan Koch did a wonderful job on all accounts, plus. He repaired the ceiling plaster and settlement crack in the wall, removed the wallpaper for me, repaired a couple holes, and even came back early the next morning to repair a minor exterior settlement crack in the foundation. He was careful to protect the work area so no dust escaped throughout the house. He cleaned up after the job and was careful with my hardwood floors. He was punctual, friendly, and professional. Nathan knows his trade and applies it with knowledge and skill. I highly recommend Nathan Koch and Koch Plastering.

Nathan was very profession and very personable. He showed up when he said he would and worked diligently through his work day. Our job was mainly contained in the kitchen and dining room area. We had taken down a wall between the two rooms and needed to somehow marrying the ceilings between these two rooms. Nathan did show us many photos of his previous work but the pictures did not do his quality and skill at plastering any justice. He was meticulous with detail on the ceilings and his final product really showed the beautiful swirls on our ceilings. His work was even complimented by another contractor who happened to be working along side with Nathan on another project. There is no question in my mind that Nathan is a true craftsman and master with plastering and you can tell that he takes real pride in his work and does not try and rush through to get to another job. We felt like top priority to Nathan and he made every effort to work with our very tough timeline to complete the plastering jog. We would definitely hire Nathan back for our future plastering projects and feel confident referring Nathan to family and friends for their plastering projects as well. An excellent plasterer!!

Nathan is a professional in every way. This young man knows plastering as he comes from generations of plasterers. He was a pleasant, hard-working and meticulous craftsman. He responded immediately to my calls and showed up at precisely the time he promised. Nathan is the type of craftsman we all hope to find. His work was outstanding.

These two young men came into our kitchen, which was literally stripped down to the studs (three of four walls and the ceilings) and did an absolutely amazing job. Within five hours they had hung all of the drywall, cut perfectly, and plastered it. Our contractor, Bob Ayotte, had connected us with Nate and he told us that the walls would feel like glass once Nate was done. My wife and I thought, of course, that this was a slight exaggeration. It was not. Those walls felt like glass once they were dry. Not only were Nate and his brother fast and efficient, they cleaned up the after themselves, too. I can guarantee that when I have more work to be done I will be calling them. I can't even begin to properly describe how fantastic the job is that they did for us. They were prompt, polite, and professional as well as friendly, down to earth young men.
