Nathan Alan Construction

Nathan lead me on for four months, leading me to believe that he would do the job. I purchased all items needed (vanity, shower enclosure, fan, mirror, medicine cabinet, ceiling fan and paint. After four months he said he was booked for two more months; I said fine, let's book it for two months. A few days later, after I signed his contract he said that, "it wasn't in the stars" and that he had picked up a bigger job to replace me. I told him business is business...but lading me on only to drop me for more money was bad business. I own and run a small company of four, so I know first-hand how to take care of my clients...and balance my financial priorities.

For the second time, I turned to Nathan Alan Construction to complete a ceiling plaster job. And just like the first job, Nathan completed truly outstanding work - from excellent responsive communication, timely arrival at the job site and a flawless installation with fair pricing - Nathan is highly knowledgeable and uses top quality materials and has an artists touch with adding a beautiful pattern to the finished product. I really can’t recommend Nathan enough - of the many contractors I’ve dealt with over the past few years, he is absolute top of the list of my favorite, most trusted contractors.

We hired Nathan as general contractor for a remodel of our master bathroom. His estimate was inline with 2 other estimates and we chose him because he seemed professional, communicative and easy going. We could not have been happier. He did a great job. His work was perfect and his subcontractors were all good as well. His tile subcontractor was meticulous and did a particularly great job. There were some minor, nettling issues with the inspectors (all his initial work was up to code) and he handled them very well. I highly recommend Nathan for your bathroom remodel, and would surely use him for other projects as well.

Very responsive updates daily..weekly as to progress..superb workmanship....went above and beyond in effort and even did small additional work...he is hard working..punctual...communicates wonderfully...and would hire again in a second...truly the most honest hard working crew I ever dealt with

We hired a general contractor for our ranch bathroom remodel. Nate did our drywall and plaster. Nate is a true craftsman! He explained what he would do, how much time he would need and what we should do to allow the project to cure for the next phase. Wonderful customer service! On time, did amazing work. Project completed on time. He answered questions and did a beautiful cleanup including protecting our hardwood floors. He has a passion for what he does and it shows in his work. Nate was great ! Having a contractor so professional, honest , hardworking and punctual . We can't say enough good things about him. He will be our go to contractor for all of our projects. Nate kept us informed about what things were in the works for each day of the project and he made them happen ! Just a great job all around. I will be telling everyone that this is the company to hire when you want quality work done.

Perfection. Nate expertly drywalled, taped, and plastered the wall. He was quick while still paying attention to quality and details. He was very friendly, courteous, and was sure to leave the area very clean. The finished product is an extremely smooth surface that is ready for priming and painting. It takes a lot of skill and hard work, but he makes it look effortless. By watching him in action, you can tell Nate takes his trade very seriously and takes pride in his work, and it shows in the final product. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him.

Fantastic! Requested a quote late on Thu, received response early Fri. Nathan provided a date/time immediately and was prompt in arrival. He talked me through the work he would need to perform and he worked hard to get the job done quickly. Very respectful of home/my needs. I let him know I would be doing the painting and upon completion he walked me through what the next steps for me will be to finish the painting and get the room back to normal.

The entire process went easily and without any problems. I did not know Nathan Alan construction before this project. I called them for a price and when could they do the job. He gave me a price and told me he could do it in two weeks. They checked in with me a few days before they we're scheduled to be there to make sure everything was still all set. They showed up on time and finished the job on time. they acted professional and polite the entire time. When the job was done every thing was all cleaned up and look great. The price was exactly what was agreed to. I would use Nathan Alan Construction again and recommend them to any one who need construction done at their home.

Nathan was professional, patient and did the job in a timely manner. This remodel involved taking down main carrying walls and installing large spands of laminated beams in the crawl space as my home is a prefab. I felt Nathan was plenty qualified for this large job and tackled it with confidence as well as being sure that all permits were pulled and kept up to date.

Nate was awesome from start to finish. He was very responsive and extremely easy to work with. He came in and scraped out ceiling in two rooms and plastered them all in less than 1 working day. His clean up was tremendous as well. I would highly recommend!
